Gold's Gym

Everyone is on there phone and machine times are 30+ minutes. Unless you have 3 hours to kill then go. Gym inside the mall is just not it. When you first walk in, it’s like your High School gym all over again. You just wanna smack someone sometimes

Overall it’s an okay gym, but don’t make the mistake like me and buy a package with the trainers nor use the trainers here. It’s non-refundable and your standard gym scam. I still have unused sessions, my trainer totally went MIA on me, and never felt fully invested in my program.

The interior is amazing in this place. Probably the best interior I've seen so far for a Gym. Have not been to L.A Fitness. The staff was great. I'd highly recommend this location.

Staff is really nice. The gym itself is really nice. Just way too crowded, very rude members and kids always wrestling/playing in the middle of the gym floor. If you're looking to not be able to workout and just walk around the gym hoping to find a machine, this is your place.

Great facility but nothing but kids here. It’s overrun at all hours of the day by high school and college age people who treat it like a college gym. Too bad. Cancelling my membership today. :-/

Music in this gym is so loud i can’t hear my AirPods,I Have asked multiple times if possible to bring it down but no one has helped.Some of Front desk staff have been so unfriendly most time I don’t even wanna go in, that’s how I feel about this gymAbout 2 years in this gym.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! As a member you can't use GGX cause they are reserved for groups exercise, then they move to the other room to do personal training section, 3 people took up the whole space? So what I as a member are paying for? Lay on the fake grass to stretch? The area for stretching is over crowded too! At planet fitness they don't mind if you use any area at the gym! Perhaps you guys should put up a sign at GGX just to let people know, group exercises is extra!

I worked out at this Golds gym while on vacation in California for Christmas. The gym itself is pretty awesome and has some great amenities, but it was literally impossible to get a good workout in. There was wayyy too many people there, and NOBODY re-racked their weights! Also, parking can be tricky as the gym is located at the top level of the Glendale Galleria.

Signed up for a one month free trial 20 days ago. ( I just try gym one time) They hide the fact that you can only cancel the trial within 30 days, so you end up paying an entire extra month of membership. I asked staff multiple times before signing up for the trial and they said I can cancel it any time, even though this is not true. It’s a scam don’t sign up. Also I can rich thru online chat golden gym. They told me : if I don’t pay for another month, they going to collections it an an acct. goes past due for more then 75 days.
