This place is straight trash. Had my stuff stolen from lockers and nobody from the staff cares to help. My experience here was never good. Go to a better gym in a nicer area for peace of mind.

This gym deserves a 5-star review! The cleaning professional worked diligently to keep the exercise machine clean and disinfected. I see them in and out of the women's locker room, bathroom, main workout room, and everywhere! I was a member of so many different gyms in the past but I have never seen the cleaning professionals working so hard, wiping down machines, and replacing disinfecting liquid which gives more trust to this gym.Secondly, the welcoming staffs were kind and professional at the entrance. They smile and answered as best as they possibly could with customers(gym members + potential gym members). I was especially impressed by the customer service rendered by the gym's manager Anthony, who made the signing-up process as quick and easy as possible for my family member who visited Texas temporarily from Australia and wanted to join.Third, the group classes- which are FREE- are phenomenal! Before I signed up for this gym, I used to go to LIFETIME fitness, where I had to reserve my spot before entering the group class and not all the classes are free. I am glad I didn't have to deal with any of it. I just walk into the group class of my choice and all the classes are free. I was amazed by the quality of the group class even though they were free. Especially, Cycle and yoga classes led by the female instructor were worth attending. She is good at time keeping- always arrived early before the group session begins and does not steal member's precious time, unlike other instructors who arrive 5- 15 minutes late for the session and made the members wait for them standing outside the class and then finishes earlier than assigned time. For example, I recall this happened Monday PM cardio dance class frequently and I stopped attending it. I like how instructors arrive earlier than the students and welcome them instead of students waiting for the instructors who rush to get into the room, just because it is more professional.Fourth, last but not least, I used to be a member of fitness connection (a different location)a long time ago ...in the year 2017 and the club cancellation policy was awful and I told myself I would never do business with this unethical company again. What they used to do before was that if you would like to cancel your membership, you would have to write a cancellation request letter to the corporate office (Not to the gym office) at your own expense($$$) and the letter had to be sent via certified mail, which costs more than standard mail. If it gets lost on the way you would have to pay your own money to send t to the corporate office. It took me about half a year for them to finally accept my gym cancellation request but I didn't enjoy the process-- it was not instant but it was a lengthy process. In the meantime, the club charges a fee for the membership you don't use anymore. and uncertainty of cancellation.I was so happy when I heard fitness connection no longer does that scam anymore. and that made me re-think about considering this gym I am glad I gave it a second chance because I am enjoying this gym every day under the new management. Hope my detailed review and my experience with it help those who are still hesitant to join. And I hope you give it a try to this gym! You won't regret it.***EDITION/ UPDATE on the previous review***I rated 5 stars on this business a year ago. Sadly, its management changed (to a female manager), and all of a sudden group classes were gone. It used to be a variety of several classes per day but now only 2-3 classes per week. I liked the liberty of choosing a class that fits my needs but since the change doesn't have the option to choose from. In addition, gym hours also got shorter. Disappointed.

Great gym, could change a few things around but altogether not bad. Add a few more specific machines. Had a killer workout

Was her on a 5day free trial pass. The people are so friendly. They treated me the exact same way they treated everyone else who walked in the door. It's very big and extremely clean. I noticed everytime I was in there that they had cleaning staff there all day. This place also has a woman only section that's private.I highly recommend you tryout this gym.

Very clean, especially in comparison to other fitness connections

By far the most friendliest gym (staff) I have ever been to. It’s a good vibe with plenty of space to workout even during peak hours. 10/10

I considered switching my membership from planet fitness to this gym, so I signed up for a 5 days free trial. I also had my mom visited me from Florida at the time I got the free pass so I signed one for her too. The front desk guy doesn’t seem to welcome us at all and he would ask why we were there for on the second day of our 5days free trial!!Because the big is bigger than the one that I usually go to, so I would like to spend more time here exploring the gym before signing up. From what happened today, the front desk person doesn’t allow my mom to use the equipment at the gym because she has a Florida ID. We would only be working out an hour max, and by letting us in what would be your cost and we did nothing wrong we have to right to work out since we have the pass! You definitely lose us as a customer
