Went in to cancel and they told me to come back after a specific date the following month because I was under contract. Well, they gave me the wrong date. As I was instructed, I returned to cancel, and that same date the annual fee drafted. They would not refund my money because the account wasn’t canceled by a specific date and there were no notes on my account. Too bad I can’t note my own account because I don’t work there. The employee misguided me and didn’t handle my request to cancel properly so I shouldn’t be responsible for paying the fee. Even called corporate, they were no help. No one cares what was right or wrong. If they have your money, you won’t get it back.

I love this Planet Fitness! The staff is nice, tons of equipment & space, can be busy at times but never fully packed. I’ve been to a couple other Planet Fitness’s and this one is by far the best!

**NOTICE** This place is inconsiderate, unsanitary, and the front desk is rude. Due to being hospitalized with COVID, I was not able to call to cancel my membership (they told me I should have let them know) they did not give any consideration for a refund after charging my account $120 in a week. The refused to even give me half of my money back even though I have not used the membership since 2021. I guess they aren't bringing in enough money!! Join a gym that has real weights, and are there for the people. Not the money!! Good Luck

Excellent gym to come to! The other gym members are very courteous and tend to clean up the machines after they're done using them, of course there's a couple that don't, but the majority do. The staff is very friendly and they tend to stay on top of cleaning the equipment themselves too. Its not too busy either, it tends to be quiet and relaxed too.

Staffs are well trained, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. They have nice attitudes. During my membership with this gym location, I have not come across any single rude staff among all the staffs who work here, which is quite impressive.Always a great fan of the planet fitness gym over any other gyms. Typically, other gyms come with complicated terms, conditions and contracts including penalty for cancelation which will screw you over when you try to cancel membership. Those are the gyms I want to stay away from, because their message is clear and crystal— “you can join whenever you want but you cannot get out if it whenever you want”.In addition, most gyms require initial joining fee or hidden fees but planet fitness is a transparent company, which is why you should love planet fitness!This gyms clientele is also nice and friendly. Gym equipments and facility kept cleaned and sanitized frequently.Overall, I had an amazing experience in this gym. Hidden gem in a small town.

Shari was very rude and unattended the front desk at night time. I had to hunt her down and when I found her she came to the front desk and chewed me out for not scanning in yet which is totally disrespectful. I wasn’t scanning in for the simple fact that I was there to tan. Then I asked her to assist me with making my monthly payment in store and she tried refuse to accept my payment. I let her know that I would be speaking to Noah the manager about this. I’m disappointed as this is my favorite location. They have gone down with their new staff lately . I also dislike the fact that another one of their employees puts me in the wrong bed on the night shift because he ha s ear buds in his ears because he can’t hear the type of bed I requested. Noah needs to address these issues.

Equipment is all in good working order, cleanliness seems to vary by time of day. When I went in the evening there was a lot of paper towels and empty bottle, machines you could see hadn’t been wiped. When I have come in mornings it has been right on point

I love this gym. My wife and I started coming to this location in October 2021. The front desk people are very nice. Felix is the best of them all. He is always very friendly and he is the only one I see cleaning, organizing & sanitizing. I would recommend this gym.

I have loved the gym but lately the worker in the morning out of line. He is always approaching women at their machines. We go to the gym to workout not to be “flattered” by employees. We are at a vulnerable state and this is too much. I find it a little bit on the harassment side of things.
