Red light machine doesn't works. Massage chairs are old, dirty, broken vinyl and one out three is out service, the one I used doesn't work properly..., the assistant is not willing to help or answer questions he were too busy playing with his iPad.

I was visiting from out of town and I only went to this location because the Las Colinas location closes early on Saturday night. This is one of the worst Planet Fitness locations I’ve ever been to. The mens restroom was absolutely filthy and many of the paper towel dispensers were out of stock around the gym. I needed assistance with one of the machines and had to go grab George (I believe his name tag said). He was on his cell phone behind the desk. I only saw him make one sweep through the entire gym for the entire hour I was there. Your employees need to be more attentive to their duties and less concerned about their social media. That’s all. 💁🏻‍♂️

Very clean gym and the staff is always polite.

Whoever the short Caucasian guy that was working tonight (11/07/2020 @9:15pm) was very rude and unprofessional this was our first time at Planet Fitness and my brother wasn’t familiar with the process for new guest and needed some assistance instead of helping the Caucasian male pretty much belittled my brother and was very rude to him. We decided to leave and will definitely not return to this location.

It is a Planet Fitness, all the amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not crowded. Plenty of machines. Saw almost everyone cleaning their station when they were done! Excellent!

Staff (most) tend to lean on the less professional side of what is to be expected at a workplace.Planet fitness would benefit greatly from finding new employees all together.Personal shortcomings not withstanding, the establishment is consistently clean & rarely has broken machinery.

I love Planet Fitness! ..Friends I left LA Fitness in Euless because the staff there are so unfriendly. Every time you check in there it was like walking into a morgue. So I thought I’d try Planet Fitness and I’m so glad I did. The Staff at Planet Fitness is so upbeat, helpful and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Plus I love all the extras like tanning and the hydomassage chairs. The atmosphere and Staff at Planet Fitness just puts you in a good mood for your workout and you feel appreciated for your business.

Joined as a classic member on 11/06/2020. On 11/09/2020 saw an online ad for same membership with no contract. Contacted customer care @11/09/2020 2:20 am asked them if I can change that membership. They said that I’ll be informed in 2 days. Since I didn’t get any call from them tried to contact them again on 11/11/2020. They connected me to the location, since it past three days manager at the location refused to change it and hung-up on me. Then I went to location, asked to cancel membership since the manager hung-up phone on me. The same person assisted at the location, waived the contract break fee($58) and cancelled my membership.The whole argument is that ‘it’s past three days(11/06/2020 - 11/09/2020) since the first time I contacted about the promo’ so he can’t put the new promo on my account.He also added that, he can do it if he wants to.

I love the environment, the friendly staff and the multitude of options for different workouts on the app and different machines offered. My favorite is the 30 min circuit room. It helps me get a quick workout in to work the full body on a tight schedule. The staff has taken the sanitation practices very seriously and they’re all wearing masks. I feel very safe.

I’ve Been Living In Avalon Villas for about 8 months now and I can say that this has been the best apartment experience ive had and I’ve lived in over 7 different apartments.. The staff is well put together and they are nice to me. Chrystaline is a major deal in the apartments, she makes sure the maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. I’m glad I was able to meet her due to the fact I’ve never had a helping land lord.. But most definitely she is great!! Even the maintenance staff is pretty good here.. Like I said before this has been my best apartment experience
