Great experience, updated equipment and clean environment. The app is good also and able to check in and see how busy it is just from your phone.Could maybe have a Suggestion box so management can see what the people want that would give them the best experience and Comfortability possible.Keep up the good work planet fitness Gb east. 💪

The staff is always friendly and always cleaning. But I miss the old gym because it was bigger and open 24/7. This place doesn't open till 7am now on weekends. Then you have too many people there first thing. They need to go back to 24/7, not 24/5.They also have to address the homeless people living in the locker room. Yes, I get it when it's cold. Let them warm up, and they are probably paying members too!,, but to sleep in the showers for hours, or the handicap stalls is getting ridiculous. They need to install a washer and dryer in there if they are going to keep allowing this, so maybe they wash their garbage bags of clothes. And better ventilation, because the smell in there is unreal!!!, from tons of their dirty clothes in bags and stuff . They sleep in the showers but don't seem to use them as they were intended for. Gag these days walking in there to use the restroom. Please go back to 24/7!!! Especially on weekends when most people are off from there jobs! This makes no sense at all

Disappointed that PF didn't give its' members notice of " maintenance closure" from Friday- Monday. I showed up this morning only to see a sign on the door. Would have appreciated notice

Planet fitness is a fantastic gym! Tons of different workout machines to Target specific body parts, full locker rooms and showers and not to mention that there's almost always equipment available. The black card I recommend due to the bring a friend perk and access to tanning, hydro massage and massage chairs!EDIT: I am editing this to 3 star. These gyms are great. The service is what loses the rating due to not being able to cancel your membership by phone, email, call or any other method than physically going in the branch you signed up at.
