There nice but its all about the money. If you have finamcial issue and you ask them to work with you they could care less, again everyone is nice but they could care less. One month they was standing by 0 enrollment fee next month its not offered. Suoervisors have the power. They dont know i could of sent a lot of customers to them with my networking social media page. #thailistofblessings

I just signed up at this location and I'm very disappointed with this Golds Gym. So I go in this am to workout and most of the dumbbells are loose and most of the equipment is rusted out. Also when I tried to get my cardio in I had to switch machines about 5 times do to the buttons do not work or the steps on the stairmaster does a huge bump every 3 steps and makes you feel like you are going to fall. I'm very shocked that Golds would allow there equipment to get that bad that people paying $50/month should have some of the best or at least working equipment. Hope they get this fixed soon or I will be looking for a new place and canceling this membership.

Been going to this location since it was the Rush. There have been problems with the machines and equipment not working for a while not. The other day i had to try 4 elliptical machines before I found one that worked. I deal with it because I go early in the morning on my own time and there's usually something else to use. I'm extremely disappointed in the change in the hours since I usually come around 4 in the morning. I hope you guys are planning drop your rates to reflect this change, we all signed up for a 24 hour gym and that is no longer the case. I have a feeling youre about to lose a lot of members... By the way, why is this location opening at 5 a.m. when other locations are opening at 4 a.m.?

I went to golds gym last year in May! All intentions of working out for a little while. The woman who signed me up informed me that I could do a 12 month package because it was cheaper “a better deal”. I said okay perfect now could I cancel my membership before the 12 months ends.. she informed me I COULD. So I called a few months down the road and I was informed I couldn’t cancel until my 12 months are up. now I am stuck with a monthly payment, when I’m not going to the gym. This women had lied to me just to get the “sell” love the atmosphere but do not appreciate being lied to about the terms. Wish I knew the woman’s name. Bad reviews for her !!!!! Be careful with signing up here

A clean place and very friendly environment! No one judges you, no matter your size or shape! They have so much to offer! Whether you are looking for classes to attend or you just want to go in and do your own thing. They have a pool, sauna, steam room, basketball court, many many many workout machines and tons of classes!!! The locker rooms have a lounge, separate showers, restrooms and lockers that are at your disposal!!! My favorite gym♡

Update 4 months later; Unfortunately, I have changed my rating for this location due to how long equipment is unusable. I have had to relocate to the Wendover gym to use the needed equipment. Spin bikes, treadmills and a host of other equipment that I won’t mention have been out of service for entirely too long; disappointing. With the maintenance fees they collect from each member annually, it’s puzzling why it takes months for repairs.I usually come on around 8 pm; staff is very accomodating and friendly. This gym works for me since I live less than one mile away. This location is very clean, to include restrooms/locker room area; very sanitary too. I use free weights, Smith machine, and some other equipment; people ask if your done or if they can share. So, all in all I'm glad I joined this location. I do go to other GOLDS locations from High Point to Greensboro, but this is my first selection. This one is definitely larger than GOLDS in High Point.

I just joined Golds recently. I enjoy it for a couple of reasons. I like that they have a workout room for women only. I also like their pool. I'm not really thrilled that there's no lifeguard like at the YMCA, because I think that's dangerous. I don't fear for myself, but for older people that I've seen come in. I haven't really connected with staff, but for the most part, they are courteous.

I have been coming to this gym for years since it was the rush. Me and my friends all had memberships just to play basketball because it was the only place we could go and and play basketball late because most of us got off of work late and it was the only time that we had available and it kept us out of trouble. now that I am older and I pay my membership with my own money and not my parents I am extremely upset at the change of hours. I feel like I pay way too much money for a gym membership that closes at 8 on the weekends. I feel like a lot of customers will be lost including myself because that is why a lot of people pay the high price because it is 24/7 or at least was. I hope something is done about this or the price of the membership reflects the change of hours or I can guarantee you a lot of loyal customers will be lost.

This one is a little smaller than others in the area. However, it's not usually crowded there.

Idk what ppl are talking about this place is great...been here for years..my family here..had a few problems in the beginning but none since.
