Both men's bathroom toilets are stopped up. I don't even feel like going up ti the front desk to tell the staff because there is a wait everytime. The last time, there was no toilet paper and I wanted to tell the front desk bit there was only one person there and there was a wait. I could not find anyone else around.

I will give my opinion about this location, I am a black card and I train in all the PFs in the US for a long time and the first time I get rude treatment from staff (Mr. Z) this man abruptly approached me while I was in my training session. training just in the failure of my muscle session something that seems even dangerous to me in the way that this gentleman approached me in a rude way in turn he did not like that my language was different from his... please improve... "treat the people how you want to be treated"

Nice clean gym to work out at. The staff is awesome and very friendly very helpful you'll love it I highly recommend it!

Disappointed that the one club on market st is no longer a 24hr facility!!! Some employees aren't even quite sure of hrs at their own facility or how to change membership plans, etc. On plus side,they are better than the other gyms in town and are very clean.

I wish you could write a review with no stars. My 15yr old daughter signed up online the last day of Jan. She canceled on 2/28/2023. She was charged a "$49.99 club fee". My husband inguired about the fee on Sat after he worked out. A young lady said she would leave a note for the manager to call on Sun or Mon. Of course no one called so I called & spoke with Zek, the manager at the Battleground location, who was rude & unprofessional. He hung up on me. I called back to ask why he hung up on & he stated "the conversation wasn't going in a direction he felt conducive". Wow, really. I never once cursed or yelled prior to being hung up on. Just trying to understand his double talk. He had stated the fee is charged annually according to "their own billing cyle". Which I guess everyone knows except the person signing up. And since she didn't cancel on the 25th of Feb, she was charged. Still makes no sense. They advertise "no cancelation fee" but neglect to mention the $49.99 "club fee" which is basically their way of collecting a cancelation fee. The "club fee" is charged annually. She never utilized "the club ". I have been a member since 2015, so needless to say I will canceling my membership. My husband is also a member & will be doing the same.

Great employees, always clean and equipment in perfect condition. Not as crowded as every other pf even during peak business hours

I love coming to planet fitness I just started working out last week I love my fitness worker Robin she is the best located in Lumberton North Carolina

The staff is always friendly, the equipment is clean and there is no judgement on your personal exercise regimen. I always leave feeling upbeat and accomplished.

Very friendly people at reception. They got us set up quickly and the machines/areas available are perfect for any type of workouts. I love the judgement free environment!
