I like the people at the front desk who are smiling and greeting me. The staff work hard to keep the facility clean. Also, like the motto of PF, I do not feel intimidated by others at the gym for my workout.

The facility is very clean and spacious. It is my first visit there and l definitely will enjoy the gym and all it has to offer. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rema gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. She was great.

I visited here around 7pm on a Saturday evening. I usually go to the one on Golden Gate but they closed at 7pm and this one closes at 9pm.The machines were updated from the last time I was here but they didn’t have the Apple Watch connectivity as the Golden Gate location.It was somewhat busy, but to be expected for a Saturday. After my 45 minute workout, I decided to use the hydro massage as I get it as a perk with being a black card member. You must have a staff member start the machine for you. You get 10 minutes. You’re able to adjust the pressure and the speed.The staff I encountered were friendly. I’ll return if my normal location is closed when I need to go.

Great place, busy location. I do miss when they were open 24 hours though because I work late hours.

The staff at this location are all super friendly, always happy and always helpful. It really makes the experience of working out (even when you don’t really feel like it) just amazing. This location is super clean and I never have problems finding an open machine that I want (even in peak crowd times!). The hydromassage chairs are just amazing also. Highly recommended!

What can I say? The judgment free zone is consistent every time for me at every location. Pretty crowded from 5pm to 8 pm, though. Make mandate is over. But, the three stars is because this place is DIRTY. There used to be a really friendly guy with a cool long beard that kept this place immaculate. He must be gone. Now I hate doing push-ups, because I have to look at a bunch of lint, hair, dust bunnies, and it's everywhere. I hope that's just temporary. The staff is super friendly.

Hey I was reading reviews and kept seeing this was an email we could use if we had complaints comments or concerns that needed to be further discussed or addressed.Tonight I was at the battleground location and was there about an hour. I have been consistently going to the gym for about the last 3 weeks but today was one day I went that I normally would have not been there.As I was wrapping up my workout to go stretch so I could head up for the night an employee approaches me from behind and taps me on my right shoulder. It genuinely startled me so I removed part of my headset to see what the issue was.She proceeds to tell me that I can not have my gym bag and then looks at my yoga mat and says you can not have outside equipment. ( I have seen people with weight gloves, and ankle bands to help assist with them working out which is considered outside equipment ).I asked the worker “how come I can’t have my yoga mat ?, I genuinely feel uncomfortable laying and stretching on a mat that others use.” She proceeds to repeat herself as if she’s a robot “I’m going to need you to go put it in the locker room.I proceeded to ask “is it okay if I just stretch and go home ? It’s the end of my workout anyway I was just about to head out” she continues to repeat herself.So instead of arguing I take the adult route and say “it’s fine I’ll just stretch at home” and I proceed to walk to the front of the building with all belongings and continue to play my music while exiting thinking that will resolve the issue.I get closer to the door and my back is turned and I feel another tap on my back. The lady has followed me halfway across the gym and ask “what is your name?” I ask “why do you need my name? I was not disobedient or disrespectful to you I just decided to leave and finish up at home.She proceeds to tell me that I have been disrespectful to her and I proceed to say “how ? You asked me to put my belongings in a unlocked area that I did not feel comfortable putting my belongings in so I decided it was best I exit. I did tell her “I’m not a child and I know how to follow rules. You said don’t bring it okay understood”.She then has nothing else to say and I exit before she starts anymore altercations. I genuinely felt harassed, discriminated, and embarrassed due to her causing a discrepancy in the middle of the treadmill’s where others are watching. And secondly I don’t appreciate that after I complied and agreed to leave due to not having a lock she follows me and touches me again to continue or start an argument.I will be calling corporate in the morning and calling the manager of the location as well to discuss the behavior of this particular employee. I had no issue complying but it’s completely unacceptable how she carried herself and put her hands on me twice.I hope to hear back from you as soon as possible to discuss this matter.If there is no way for me to use my personal yoga mat does PF have one with their logo ? I am willing to purchase to eliminate my personal yoga mat that I only use twice (to stretch only).Thank you for your time

Update: I lowered my rating to a 3....staff is super pleasant and always nice. Dress code is not enforced. Guys walking around with nips out. If I showed that much nipple I would get arrested. Place is still pretty clean. I noticed that not all the paper towel dispensers work all the time. Machines are always busy with super set folks so that explains why som many folks pop into the 30 minute area to use those machines. There is value in this gym however they need more the most used equipment.Just joined and here's my observation... first staff is wonderful. They are friendly approachable knowledgeable and kind. When there aren't a lot of people they are cleaning and it shows. This place is CLEAN. There are a lot of machines. It's bigger than other locations I have been in too in past years. Atmosphere is solid. Don't feel self conscious about anything because everyone else is doing their own thing. Cleaning stations are in really great places and there's quite a few of them. I have been 2x in one day. Morning around 8am not to busy however at 6pm is busier and folks are still able to get to machines.I have the black card so I get access to the tanning beds ( I won't use those) and the hydro massage ( I did use it- omgah so wonderfully relaxing)It's not a 5 because I have only gone a few times. Will update if this stays consistentUpdate: AFTER ABOUT 1 week....I really like the 30 minute express room however it's really hard to get through the session in the order listed in the evenings - mornings are better. I noticed a lot of women use the room and quite a few just hang out on machines and bs. You have to get creative to get it in as there are several folks that use the lat pulldown, leg raise, leg press and ab machine. I get it in the evenings ( super sets, it's busy and folks holding machines) however in the morning when I come its not busy they just use the room for those 🤷‍♀️. Idk why just a heads up. I found an app that helps me keep track of my weight for the machines and what machines I know I need to get back to. Still in ❤️ with the hydromassage 🥰. Staff is great. Not everybody wipes down the machines (🤮) however I feel like the staff is ALWAYS cleaning.

Planet Fitness on Battleground is clean and has a great staff. Their equipment works well and there is a great variety.
