Planet Fitness

After refresh it was pretty nice. Now, there are currently 6+ down for such a busy location. The smith machine has been down for like a month. Need to fix and maintain equipment weekly for such a busy locstion

Club is great, love the hours of availability and the variety of machines but staff could really pay more attention to the front desk! 5 minutes to stand here and wait when the place is practically empty is a bit ridiculous

I feel confident I can complete my workouts without any issues.

I have been a member for more than three months and I get to the gym three times a week. I have yet to come in and there isn't someone cleaning something! I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility.

I have had great experiences! The personal trainer Katie gave me a great plan that has helped me build a great habit. She is always nice and encouraging and continues to hype me up when I go. All of the staff is nice and welcoming and helpful!

Awesome staff but terrible location. Probably the smallest planet fitness I have ever been to and it’s frustrating when you have to leave 20-30 min early because there is no room to finish your workout. I guess there’s no reason for this comment since they can’t just add on, but if you’re not big on crowds choose another location.Edit: once you get familiar with a gym, it doesnt really matter. Still a small gym though lol

Update 2: Received a code to rejoin the gym, but couldn’t get it to work properly. Went in person to see if I they could get it to work. Left my phone number, but I don't think they plan to contact me back. I guess being honest is frowned upon. Oh well, I tried to see if it would be better. I have my answer.Update: COVID-19 is airborne, how is allowing people to exercise without a mask safe? And how is wearing flip flops on a stationary bike unsafe? Yeah, I definitely made a mistake🙄.Just started working out here and I'm not sure I will keep my membership. A lot of people don't wear their masks while working out which isn't normal for all the other Planet Fitness I've been to during the pandemic. Due to this, I only use the exercise bike. Today, I was turned away because I had on flip flops which is my athletic gear for riding a bike. So yeah, this may not have been a good decision for me. I'll keep trying it for another 30 days before I make my final decision.

Worst PF ever. Been a member for 10 years; signed up for the PF close to my house as a regular member since I have access to military and DOD gyms. I changed to black card due to PF constant advertisement. I travel ALOT and have used multiple PF with ZERO issues. First time I go to this gym they wanted me to sign in and stated I could use gym 10 times. Stated I could drive 12 plus miles to use other PF gyms. I have used multiple PF way more than 10 times with ZERO issues. I never knew this rule existed until going to this horrible gym. Staff gave some BS answer about the contract. Beside that the gym is SMALL. I will NEVER use this gym again. If this happens at other gyms I will cancel my black card.

The PF on Military Hwy is always super clean with friendly staff who greet you upon entry and exit. No real complaints except they only have smith machines when it comes to barbells and the dumbbells that only go up to 75 lbs.

Not Enough Machines! Horrible wait time on all the machines. Lacking key pieces like a row machine. Also, they need more signs to encourage cleanliness
