I literally could not enjoy my workout. The gym has to be at least 80 degrees. It doesn’t make it any better the gym is one of the smallest Planet fitnesses in the area. The heat causes condensation on the doors and causes bodily odors to be smelled upon entrance. I hope they eventually renovate this location.

I started a membership in June 2022, since I have joined this one machine has been “temporarily out of service” this is unacceptable coming from a franchise gym. Additionally there are a few safety concerns. 1) The flooring has bubbles making it easy to trip, luckily I’ve never hit the floor but why has this issue not been addressed and I’ve been a member there for almost a year. Who knows how long this floor has been uneven.2) The smell and air circulation. During the winter months it is extremely hot in that gym and when you walk in it smells like diseases are festering. COVID-19 is real and it’s still flu season. I complained about the smell and how hot it was to the front desk and they laughed and said but it’s so cold outside. This is unacceptable as well.

Always clean and plenty of equipment. I just wish it were still 24/7.

Any place you choose is always good when your looking to make a change in your health. If your on a budget planet fitness is the way to go.

The attitudes that I have to deal with from the front desk staff are ridiculous. I don’t know if the employees are underpaid or miserable. But its f’ing terrible to spend money on a membership, come into a gym and the main negative energy is the front desk staff.I don’t even know what to do except for ignore it. I’ve spoken to the general manager about a concern. But its really just unacceptable and has ruined my experience.

Hampton location is pretty awesome. Usually a full staff so I always have help if I need it, very clean, and lots of unique lifting equipment. The variety is much better than some other locations I've visited, so I really love going to this location. I just wish they had a better stretching area.

I've been going to this Planet Fitness on and off for about 10 years. It's always been relatively clean, and these days, has newer equipment that's a clear upgrade over the old weight machines. The staff still seem friendly, and it's in a relatively accessible location right off Mercury Blvd in Hampton. Beyond that, it has the sames pros and cons of any PF, depending on what you're looking for in a gym.

Everyone in this place is friendly I never had a problem with the customer service in this place they make me feel very welcome it is very clean in there I am so satisfied with the cleanest and the respect that they give people 💃💃💃 …

I just want to say that LISSA was very helpful, and she was very kind I just wanted to give her what she deserved by letting everyone know she treated me like a great customer.

Smaller than most that I have been to. Not much floor space for stretching or pushups. Black card area is small and the massage chairs always have problems.
