This location is a hot mess. It’s crowded at ANY given time and they are also allowing high schoolers to go in for free and hogging machines with their group of friends. Paying customers have a difficult time getting their workouts in given how crowded it is.

I go almost every morning and im always greeted by either mike or Jordan. Those two are very professional and helpful. Makes me keep going back to the gym

I’ve been working out at Planet Fitness for like 4 years now, and been through many of them, but this one in Hialeah has the best customer service, the best gym equipment and enough space for stretching workout and strength training, as well as open parking. Keep up the good work.

I enjoy going this location, especially now that they have new equipment. It's always nice and clean there which makes it a great place to workout. The only thing I hope they upgrade is their outdated (still uses coins) massaging chair. It would be so helpful when you have body pain. I joined the gym because of my sciatica pain and one of the reasons I chose Planet Fitness was because of their massager that is included in the membership.

Stellar gym with an amazing staff to help!! I needed help with my billing and valerie willing helped me even if i didnt know how to change my billing. she went through the steps carefully with me and helped me out a ton!! not to mention this gym has a very friendly environment, its not like what other reviews say about it being a jungle since i go everyday!! give it a try!!
