Planet Fitness

I’ve always loved working out in planet fitness. Valerie was such a great help to me and the gym was amazingly clean!! Everything was sanitized and the staff is always friendly and ready to help always.

I’m glad to say that that i’ve found my home gym. The people and employees are always respectful. Never had an issue. Nicole at the front desk knows how to make a guest feel welcome.

The gym is amazing. As a matter of fact the employees there are amazing too especially valerie! i always see her cleaning and helping people out she is very kind.!

I’ve been attending planet fitness for a few weeks now and the gym has been great, Jordan was very friendly when he guided me through the sign up process & provided excellent customer service, 10/10 recommended!

This is the worst place I’ve been to and I’ve visited 5 around Florida , the bathrooms is always dirty , one sink is broken , one shower is broken , like 5 or more workout machines are not working .The other day someone took a dump in the shower , as we watched them ( the planet fitness employees) act like a 6 year old trying to clean the shower . He didn’t want to do it she didn’t want to do it . Finally 30 min later he had the courage to put on 4 pairs of glove , paper towels , and a garbage bag to pick it up. I didn’t take photos because that was disgusting .

Emili, Courtney, and Jordan provided me with the best customer service when I stepped into the gym today. I was immediately greeted upon walking in and handled with care. Upon taking the tour the gym was very clean with many machines available to work out in.

The experience at this planet fitness is superb. A nice duo tag team that there is are Nicole and Valerie. They always do their job and work really hard to maintain stuff clean! And also very friendly to every one!

Every single Monday i show up at 5am there is a long line of people waiting to go in, and people leaving because the girl that opens always shows up late, please find someone who is on time to open I have to go to work at 7 and go to the gym before and having to wait until 5:37 when she shows up with a smoothie in her hand is ridiculous. I really hope this gets fixed because there is no reason that customers drive there and have to leave after waiting 30 minutes all because employees don’t show up on time.

Not only is the water fountain broke, BUT 4 of the smith machines are broken. Not to mention you need a screwdriver to workout in the machines. These people are running either out of money, or do not care about fixing the machines. I’ve seen these Cubans use the back machines to do chest. Horrible just horrible

izzy is GREAT, she always greets me with a smile & helps out with even the tiniest issues. she keeps the gyms cleanliness & keeps is the judgment free zone!
