I would like to say that izzy gotta be one of the best workers at planet fitness . She is the most outgoing and helpful person ive meet . Definetly love coming to the gym and seeing her makes my day better .

Best Planetfitness I’ve been to. Great costumer service Kim,Marcos and Anthony are Amazing they’re always very helpful and they keep the machines and area clean and are always greeting the members and making them feel welcomed! Been coming here for years now and the management team keeps getting better!

It was my first time coming in this facility, didn’t know about the machines or about a plan that would work for me until I spoke with worker name Derrick, he was very professional and polite, he actually took the time out to show me around and gave me a break down of each plan that was best for me. I was vey comfortable with my decision on joining the gym.

Ive recently have been coming to this Planet fitness, where I met Valerie! I’m grateful for all the help she’s given me, The Patience with helping me with the app and her great energy encouraged me to do a full set after Not bring in a gym in such a long time. After taking a Break And visiting the women’s restroom it was in such great condition that I Left This Planet fitness with a smile across my face.

The location is always in disarray as the staff really doesn't keep up with it as well as they're having a myriad of broken machines that have been out of order for months. There are members that literally walk around vaping in the gym area and some of them are even current staff.... There are a few members of the staff that do try to keep the peace and safety of the paying members but they're not on as often as I hoped they'd be. I have complained to management in the past to no avail. Will probably be taking my account to either another location or even another gym service all together. Only reason for the second star is the few employees that do care enough to maintain while they're on shift.

I had the best time at planet fitness. The whole gym in my opinion is very clean and sanitized. I see every 30 minutes workers coming up to see if everything is up to standards, especially marcos. He is a very hard worker and is super polite. Id recommend this gym then most other gyms

I haven’t been in planet fitness in a while. A worker by the name of Derrick was very helpful and patient with me.I was confused as to which plan that would be best for me and Derrick took his time by explaining to me all the different membership plans as well as recommending what plan that best suits me! Thank you Derrick! Thanks to him I’m comfortable and understand what payments will be automatically taken out of my account on a monthly basing. I’m super excited to start my workout journey !

If your thinking of joining planet fitness don’t. They do a great job at advertising but have 0 maintenance for their equipment. The pec fly machine has been broken since November. Only reason why i come to this gym is because is 24 hours. Looks more like a construction site with all the caution tape.

I went in as a guest and I’ll sure will tell you this gyms a complete mess two employees laying behind the counter on there phones not even worried about providing good customer services. Never will I come here again . Manager look at your cameras and see your employees of the month hiding…. Thank me later
