Izzy and the cool guy with the mullet from the front desk of Planet Fitness were absolutely outstanding. Their exceptional service, friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge made my gym experience truly exceptional. They greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm, answering all my questions and providing helpful recommendations. Their genuine interest in helping me achieve my fitness goals was evident throughout my visit. Izzy and the guy with a mullet's professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive experience truly set them apart. As a beginner, I enjoyed my time here! Valerie is a good worker and cleaned the bathrooms well.

this gym is very welcoming and friendly when i walk in im greeted with a smile from the staff. it’s also very clean and i see staff members doing cleaning checks on machines and trash

Awful costumer service for this location.In general, Planet fitness franchise are liars, they send free day pass to your email and then they won’t let you in saying that doesn’t work in this location.

I really don't know where these four stars and five stars reviews came from. This gym most of the time is disorganized, dumbbells everywhere is if the people that go or work there didn't know the term, " put it back where you found it".there already Been my fourth time that i come and nobody has open yet. Waking up at 6:30 am for nothing. Most of the time there's always a couple machines that are broken, and five months pass and still has not been fixed. I don't get it with all that money the franchise gets shouldn't that be priority? That's called unresponsibility. I normally do not give reviews at all, but i had too.

13/10 stars, if i could rate it higher i would. Nothing to complain about, and the AM Izzy is a great addition to the team. Love how she works and always has a great smile

Very disappointed in cancelation fee I requested a contract without that and still had cancelation fee. I inform that equipment has caution tape over it and the employee stated they ate underconstruction. Apparently this has been going on for a long time. Fees were not adjusted for this under construction facility.

Staff member Nicole was very helpful and kind during my tour and making my membership. She helped answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about my whole experience.
