I would give it a 5 but the showers are cold and when you switch it to hot; it was too hot. I had to fight for the water to be perfect. Everything else was great. The place is clean and looking at the TV helps because it kills time while working out. Good environment and nice staff.

Izzy is by far the most helpful receptionist! She’s quick, sweet & resourceful. With her alone, my experience at PF has been amazing. Not to mention, the rest of the staff always keeping the gym tidy and clean, and keeping everyone updated with any changes.

I have never posted a review here for Planet Fitness but I’ve gotta give it to Izzy for always making me feel welcomed whenever I am here early in the mornings! She brings such a radiate, bright, and wonderful attitude in the front desk and always leaves me with a smile, which is hard to do at many places! She is a great addition to the team and I will Be wishing her the best always! Great job, Planet Fitness!!

All my years spent at Planet Fitness and Izzy is the best to work there yet! She’s attentive of everyone needs, is always a great presence and personality to encounter in the mornings when she is available! I love having her around and is a great employee for Planet Fitness to have. I’m glad there’s people who are always willing to help. Wonderful and amazing team she has and great leadership whenever I see her!!

I had deleted my previous review,,SHAME ON YOU PLANET FITNESS, the Hialeah 49 st. this location & management staff most be the worse in the Nation , it has to be the only location in the U.S.A that you need a screwdriver 🪛 to be used as a Weight bar pin 📌 in order to work out in machine's,,Managers does not care for the clients, more than 35 machines are missing the pins,,this problem is been going On all summer long,,The Regional Managers does not care in keeping any customer happy,,place more staff on the floor, to monitor each area & inspection of the machine,,maybe clients could e happy,,just a short term a few weeks until,,the pins stop disappeared, but look for a solution,,no where in the Nation this goes On.

Good place to work out still would like more attention to detail with always some people who wipe down after and leave a mess also prices don't include everything so read the fine print!!!

Worse planet fitness that I visited l, no one is helping you and after 40 minutes trying to figure it out how the machines works, I went downstairs to ask and they told me you need to provide your car key so they can give you one,I told the young lady why you didn't say so when I came? But they are more bussy talking. Honestly I came here because it's closer to my school. I'm a costumer almost 3 years ago and first time that I'm disappointed 😞

Gym is okay. It’s clean and the staff is super nice. The other gym members are all your local Hialeah cubes. I guess this line is what you get for $10 dollars a month. Meanwhile in the same shopping center LA fitness has no lines or wait to get in. Yea it’s more money but the chicks are also a lot prettier than here. 2 stars cause of the staff, but this whole line thing is old.. might be bouncing on them soon. Rather pay more to not deal with this.

I really leave reviews only when I see a real diference.this Planet Fitness is great , is clean , and smells good , also great people works here. ( Danny and Yohnny cool people) I pass by came to just ask a question . And I found Danny at the front desk , he.was very polite and informative even the fact that he was very busy he managed to help me . I am saying this because I went to another gym ( red brand color one) yesterday and they did not care much about helping , is like they are punished to work there.But here I found what I called well trained employees, I am in sales, customer services, and as business owner , the first impression is super important. Yohnny convinced me to join the Gym and he recommend me the multi gym plan and I see value on that membership. I also purchased their kit . Very nice. i recommend this place 100%

Hello Everyone its me, Have mot done a review in a while but work has kept me busy. Anyway just joined Planet Fitness by my house a new one opening up around December 17th that being said came to use this one in Hialeah and its Amazing!, First of all the Staff Members Vicky, Yohnny and Rey greeted me and made me feel great! I explained that I was a new member and Vicky immediately set me up, I also told her that my arm was hurting me due to a pinched nerve and that I wanted to use the massage chairs and the Hydro Massage BOTH were working and she set me up, what an Amazing experience. I then went up stairs to check out the work out machines and everything was perfect and clean. Here are some pictures but what an Amazing experience here at Planet Fitness on W. 49th Street and what an INCREDIBLE PROFESSIONAL TEAM. Koudos to Planet Fitness!Ps: Lots of cute latin guys...
