All new equipment on 6/24/23The attendants are friendly and helpful. Enjoy your workout.

They just had a major remodel so all the damaged equipment was replaced with brand new equipment and the facility was rearranged to accommodate even more equipment and there is seemingly more space, I'm not sure how they did it but it was a fantastic job and it's now my favorite Planet Fitness in Miami.

Great customer service from both of Izzy & Jess they were great at giving general information about the gym.

Izzy, Anthony, Jess, and Valerie gave great customer service and they were very friendly and greeted me with kindness.

The WORST planet fitness location. Always dirty the bathrooms are disgustinggg and the employees are the worst. I’ve been going to multiple different locations for YEARS from California to Florida and I’ve always loved how clean they are, except this one. Mold around the water fountain one time there was puke all over one of the women’s toilet for days that no one cleaned. They also won’t let you work out in your crocs which is the only location that has ever cared. If I were them I would care more about the state of the cleanliness of the gym than if people wear crocs or not.

It's Planet Fitness. Cool place to go and get a good workout. I'm sure they are all the same. I forgot they didn't have a sauna 😆 tho. I recommend Planet Fitness if you're looking for a budget friendly gym …

the machines are all new and stunning!! the gym has never been better and now has ropes too! i also noticed the machine count your reps and how much youve been on it too!! and theres more weights as well! its so fun now coming to the gym

Nicole, Vicky and izzy are great at customer service. Always willing to lend a helping hand when needed, the gym is amazing and the remodeling was greatly needed. The three girls are always greeting me and my partner with a great smile and a great energy that lights up the whole gym. They need to be recognized for the great customer service they offer.

Today I visited my home gym and couldn't workout due to a power outage. I understand that the facility had no control over this; however, that does not alleviate my annoyance. This is the THIRD TIME, that I've made a blank trip to my gym to only have to turn around due to some sort of building malfunction or gym equipment replacement..To add to this, I realized this after consuming my pre-workout shake each time...Today, I watch at least 100 gym members walk to the door with the gym bags or shakes in their hand to only realize that the gym was closed...Now during the shutdown, I continually paid for my membership without interruption, even though the gym was closed due to the pandemic. I was charged $20 ever month for about 4 to 5 months and I did this with the thought of not wanting the business to have to go out of business, so since I was able, I decided to continue paying.So today, with that in mind, and being very annoyed, I will contact the company and see how they choose to handle my inconvenience and how they feel they should compensate my waisted time.I will update and let you guys know the outcome....Update: Another Closure🚧🛑🚧🛑🚧🛑Visited this location and was met with an unexpected closure after the consumption of my pre-workout.The posted sign says it'll be reopened on June 24, right?Today, June 24, 2023, I am calling the location to make sure that it's open so I won't make a blank trip and the phone line consistently goes to a busy signal..It's not a pre-recorded message giving updates on its status, just busy...I looked on the sites homepage for information, which reflects that the location is open.I also checked the on Google maps, which reflects the same thing.So, at this point, the only way for me to find out if this location is reopen is for me to drive there....To the business OWNERYou need to do better with keeping your customers informed. If your location is not reopening on the date that's specified on the building's door, then at least you could have prompted your answering service to advise the new reopen date.LA Fitness is in the same PLAZA.....
