My daughter and I both workout with Ky. We both have never worked out before. It’a been only 3 months and my daughter is stronger and fit for volleyball. Ky makes working out fun for both of us.

I started having back issues a few years ago.Which led to some unwanted weight gain and limited my ability to exercise In my first month with Ky I have lost 10 pounds so far and am noticing more stamina and strength.I really like how Ky pushes and motivates Me during my workouts and how each workout is different I would highly recommend Ky for anyone looking for a great personal fitness trainer thanks Ky

Ky’s Saturday morning boot camp is awesome! He’s super motivating and really challenges you to be the best you can be. He encourages rest and hydration, which is so important, while still giving positive feedback that it is important to know your own body and its limits. You will definitely get a full body burn throughout the whole boot camp! And trust me, you’ll be sore everywhere probably the next few days. 😂 But no matter what it may be, you’re training for a race or just trying to stay active for your health, Ky is a great trainer who is willing to help you reach your goals. He’s so friendly, easy to talk to, and will push you to your limit. Thank you, Ky, for a wonderful experience! I will definitely be returning for boot camp in the future! 🤩

my has been beyond excellent for out twin girls! We wanted focused supportive workouts for our girls and that’s exactly what he has done for them . He is so encouraging and motivating for them ! They love their sessions with him , he makes it fun . Thank you Ky!

I have been working with Ky for about 5 months and I’m not stopping anytime soon. His functional fitness program is incomparable. He goes above and beyond for his clients, making me feel confident and motivated to do my very best in every session. Not only do I do private sessions but he also accommodates for my group sessions with my coworkers. Ky provides a fun, high energy, and hardworking environment that caters to every individual. Training with Ky is the best! I attended his Saturday morning boot camp sessions and this was my first time working out in the group setting with an instructor, but I loved it so much. Ky is very encouraging, knows how to push his clients, and puts together really challenging yet fun workouts. Highly recommended if you are looking to improve your functional fitness and overall athleticism!
