Ky has been awesome. I first contacted him over a holiday weekend via his website. He responded immediately. I have specific fitness goals to meet and Ky was so enthusiastic from the outset to work with me to meet them. I felt from the moment we spoke he came alongside me to make my goals our goals as a team with him as my coach. Every workout is personalized, fun and at the perfect level of intensity. Ky is so encouraging and motivating throughout each workout to push me to work harder. Most importantly he believes in me that I will accomplish my goals and works to make workouts that will get me there.

I very much enjoy working out with Ky. His variety of exercises and his creativity never gets old - he keeps you motivated, keeps your interest and keeps you challenged. Ky is encouraging and gets the most effort out of me as I try to meet the challenges he sets up.I have noticed much improvement in my stamina, strength and balance since working out with him.He is the very best!!!!

Sharing my Key Fitness experience to encourage those considering to start or improve on their physical fitness journey. After multiple sessions going on 6 weeks, I have seen tremendous improvements in my stamina, strength, and physique.Ky is dependable, flexible, easy to work with, a great motivator, very knowledgeable, family friendly, equipped with a full gym, and most importantly actively listens and tailors work outs to my personal needs and goals. He has been extremely valuable in my fitness journey and goals! I high recommend him to any age group or fitness level!

Ky is such an awesome and fun instructor! I’ve seen such great progress just in a couple of sessions. He motivates me and pushes me to do things I didn’t think capable of doing. I always look forward to workout with him after long days of work. He’s helped boost my confidence! Extremely happy with his sessions.

Ky is such an amazing functional fitness trainer! He is a leader in the space and his energy is second to none. He took my family and I to several different hiking spots on Oahu that we would have never found ourselves. Surprised and delighted us with cold apples and snacks for the kids! Highly recommend booking some time with him if you want to explore the unknown parts of Oahu and get those insta pics!

Ky is an amazing trainer. Very personal and seek clients’ interest at heart. I have been to Ka’au crater, makapuu lighthouse trail and many more hikes with him and his team. He also trained me at the gym. I have such great experiences, ultimate workout, and see instant results. He also helped me on my diet. I feel healthier, lighter in fat, and gain muscle 💪

My body has been broken for many years. I have connected with many personal training situations. I’ve mainly connected with doctors because the conditions of my shoulders and knees from years of martial arts. Finding Key Fitness has changed my life. His outlook on fitness and personal training is definitely unique.With his energy level and the way he physically looks, I was intimidated and calling him. I thought he might be too hard core to work with someone who needs to slowly rebuild.Now that I’ve had the guts to call him and work out with him, I wish I did it many years ago.I have a large amount of injuries in my body. In some situations I cannot function normally. He has not only given his advice on how to work out but he has also been actively researching better ways to adjust his workouts to my body.I am now doing a custom training session that I don’t think I could get anywhere else.The personal attention you get here is outstanding. He literally spends every minute with you pushing you in a manner where you’re not going to hurt yourself but to repair yourself.I’ve seen him service broken people as well as people who think they’re at their fitness limit and then they meet him and he gives them the next level.I finally have hope to be strong again like I was when I was young.
