Ky is one of the best trainers I have ever been around !My 11 yr old son loves and looks forward to his training days !Workouts are challenging but Ky inspires and instills confidence and Sometimes that’s all a kid needs to get it done - than that feeling of accomplishment sets in & that’s when you know this is a really good thing absolutely perfect for my son !His core and roots will be very strong stronger than most his age and even older and all we have to do is keep coming back.Low impact on his joints so he can grow without injury but at the same time building strength & power from within.On top of that he got me working out with my son. It really is a special thing to get to workout with your son. He gets to push me now.I highly recommend Ky to everybody of all ages I’m 45 and my son is 11 and he can blend our workouts together perfect for what we both need.Thank you Ky !!

I’ve been doing functional fitness with Ky for 30min once a week for a month now. The mental and physical intensity is incredible and motivates my entire week. My weekly workouts change but I’m actually doing full body every session. I’m stronger in all areas as well as my mental fitness. I’m eating 3 or more times a day but the scale has gone down about 6lbs. The workouts are not basic or monotonous. I feel like I’m actually achieving a goal every workout and it’s changed the way I see fitness. I don’t need a gym anymore or anything fancy. I see the world as my gym. I also find that my to do lists are getting done. Ky makes me feel and understand that anything is possible. These workouts are for any fitness level. It’s me against me! I now know what I’m capable of. The best version of myself is being revealed everyday. I’m forever grateful to have crossed paths with Ky. Thank you for everything.@amberinhawaii

I was visiting from San Diego looking for a challenging functional fitness type workout. Thankfully, I was introduced to Ky at Key Fitness while in Hawaii by a mutual friend. The workout was exactly what I needed and more! Ky is an awesome energetic coach that has a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. I could certainly see that from the minute we met. I highly recommend Key Fitness no matter where you are at in your fitness journey, he can and will help you. If you are visiting or live in Hawaii you definitely have to workout at Key Fitness!

I took Ky’s Circuit Boot Camp and he is amazing!He’s program is built to push myself to the limit. He have a really good understanding of functional fitness and he explains how to do his workout and how it’s beneficial very well.However what I really like a out Key Fitness is the energy of the community. Everybody encourage each other make you feel like you belong no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

I’ve been with Ky for over 4 weeks now and I’ve learned so much about health and fitness. Although I still have a long journey ahead of me I am more patient because I understand the body better. I already feel so much stronger, less groggy, and definitely have more mental clarity since I’ve been working with Ky. He’s also very fun to be around and his boot camps is an amazing workout with motivating people ! Highly recommend !!

Consistently uninspired by exercise and fitness, Ky motivates and inspires his “boot campers” to not only challenge each other but to challenge themselves. I think what I like most about my sessions is that I TRULY have worked out, my heart rate is off the charts, and every workout is different! Ky will not let you plateau and you will not be bored! If you’re looking for someone who is going to meet you where you r at, then challenge you to become stronger and more functionally fit, choose ky fitness. 💪🏼💪🏼

Ky Vuong is a very upbeat and energetic guy. He is a family man and and puts his family first. I told Ky that I need help with this and he said okay let’s get to work. Ky has so much knowledge about sports, fitness and nutrition. He is the kind of guy to push you and exceed your own expectations. 10/10 would recommend.

If you are looking for adventure and fun Ky is your guy. He took me, my cousin, and my friend on an amazing hike up Ka’au Crater hike. It was about 6 miles, around 1,500ft elevation and 3 gorgeous waterfalls. The hike was challenging and adventurous. He made it so much fun and provided educational insights. Whenever I’m in Hawaii I will definitely have Ky take me on another. I recommend him to all my friends, family and to you all.

Ky from Ky Fitness creates a great vibes for his clients! He has a passion for health and is able to motivate me during my most intense workouts. During his bootcamp classes, he incorporates agility, strength and cardio training through functional fitness & he keeps the class small so we all can get individualized attention. Highly recommended coach and mentor for fitness training. Training has to be sustainable & he makes this happen! Thank you Ky!
