I first contacted Ky through his website a couple weeks before my one month vacation in Oahu. He answered promptly and I was impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm when talking with him. I knew he would be a very good fit for me. He asked me what my goals were and as a senior, I wanted to be functionally fit with a strong core and also have good balance. I have never trained with a trainer before so Ky started me on some conditioning workouts before my trip and checked on me after each workout, modifying them to suit my level.I have had 5 sessions with Ky in his gym now. I love how he motivates me and makes me confident that I can complete each exercise. Ky is also very careful that I have good form so that I do not get injured. Each exercise is personalized to my needs and strengths and he takes videos of them so I can see how I am doing. The workouts are so much fun because there is so much variety. Ky has so many different types of equipment so the workouts are never boring. I feel stronger and my balance has increased. I’m able to carry bags up and down the stairs without holding on to the railing. My family is amazed with the progress that I have made when they see the workout videos after each session. I am so happy with Ky’s training that I am going to continue training on line with him after my stay in Oahu. If you want to get in shape, I highly recommend you contact Ky. I am so glad I did.

My kids and I train with Ky and we're extremely happy with his personal training. His coaching style is great for both me (45 yrs) and my kids (10 and 12 yrs old). Functional fitness is no joke! It may look easy but it sure is hard work. Ky will push you, in a fun way, to get the results you're looking for. He has creative ways to get you where you want to be physically. If you're looking for personal training or boot camps, Ky's your guy.

Key Fitness Hawaii is definitely the place to go!! I met Ky about a month ago, and from day one I knew he’d be an excellent trainer. He has such positive energy and brings on the challenge and beast within you. Ky’s workout techniques are awesome. I highly recommend you take the leap and join Ky, it is worth it.

My 12 year old son has been going through Ky‘s training and practices for several months now. Results are there! My son is much stronger and more focused on his main sport with baseball. Throwing stronger and hitting harder and he says “i feel more in shape and much stronger”. Ky has good motivational skills in getting any age group in shape. Time to time i would bring my daughter to join or i would join with them. Ky focuses more on core strengthening but he can modify and focus what you wanna work on. Great motivator!

Ky is a beast of a trainer and if you want to work hard and see results, he’s the trainer for you. He has creative workouts with intense energy and drive. You won’t be disappointed! I’m definitely looking forward to many more sessions with him. So stoked I found him on the Windward Side!

Such an intense workout! I loved it! Functional strength training is really the best and I’m excited about seeing results! Ky is an awesome trainer! Very friendly and professional! So happy I found this amazing place to do bootcamp classes close to home.

Ky is not only a great motivator, he's an all round great guy ! Did his Saturday AM class and still feeling it 3 days later, lol. Really enjoyed the challenging functional workout and will definitely repeat when back in Ohau. Thank you Ky !

Coach Ky has now been training our 10 year old son twice a week for a month now. Coach Ky functional fitness program was exactly what we were looking for during our sons football off season. Our sons strength, mindset, posture, and balance has tremendously improved in just one month. This is probably the hardest our son has ever worked out but Coach Ky makes it fun. Coach Ky is very encouraging and patient with him. He explains everything to him so he understands and he also explains how he can tie the movement to football. Our son looks forward to his workouts with Coach Ky every week. We can’t thank Coach Ky enough on how much he is helping our son grow as an athlete.

Ky is an awesome trainer. Makes you believe in yourself and pushes you to make you better. The workouts will strengthen your body and especially your core and endurance. After a hip replacement Ky has given me core exercises to do to strengthen the hip. At least give it a try. No going back !!
