The men’s bathroom never seems to be clean and almost always smells like urine. If you are stretching in the workout area you may notice ants on the floor especially it you are by the window. Also the ants love the basketball court as well. Last, but not least they should get rid of the towel service because they are everywhere except where the should be. One of the few good things is the staff is ALWAYS nice and professional.

I really hate this gym. Where do I begin?1. The fitness manager WILL NOT stop pressuring me to buy personal training sessions. It makes me uncomfortable to have to walk into the gym every day and dance around to avoid him.2. There are always 3 or 4 machines that I routinely use, that are always Out of Order. 2 of the 4 Stairmasters are usually broken. 1/3 of the treadmills are usually broken. It's ridiculous. And the equipment that DOES function, is absolutely filthy.3. The women's bathroom is absolutely horrific. Always wet toilet paper on the floors, always hair all over the showers, always water around the sinks.4. Other than spin classes with Taylor, the classes are horrible. Most of the instructors are overweight and out of shape.5. The parking garage is a mess. Tight, narrow corners, crazy drivers, no lighting. An accident waiting to happen...I could go on and on.. Save your money. Invest in a better gym elsewhere. :)It gets 1 extra star for being sub 50 bucks a month

I was a member of this gym for 18-19 months and worked with an outstanding trainer. The facility has a good selection of machines, although it can get very crowded at peak hours. The reason I am giving them only 2 stars is because of the facility management. At the end of one of my training sessions early in January (2018), I went to the locker room and found out that someone has broken the lock and taken my valet, cell phone and key chain, including the key-less entry device for my car. The facility filled a form and told me that someone from 24 hour fitness will contact me. Given that we live close to the gym and because the person who stole my belongings had my drivers license (= home address), car key, etc., I did not feel safe or prudent to go back to that gym anymore. I asked them to refund the remaining part of a training package that I had purchased recently, but they refused, informing me that theft of the belongings is not one of the items on their regulations that allows one to get a refund for a training package. Moreover, nobody from 24 hour fitness even bothered to get in touch with me to say they are sorry that this has happened. I called their headquarters a couple of times; they promised they will follow up, but nothing happened.What was really disappointing to me was that from my conversation with one of their managers and also based on their Facebook page, I learned that they have had multiple such events in recent months. However, instead of alerting the members to be more vigilant and recommending that they use stronger locks or simply leave their valuables in their cars, they kept this quiet, presumably to maintain a good reputation. Even my trainer was shocked to hear that multiple thefts have occurred at the facility in the last 3-4 months, suggesting that the management kept this information from its own trainers.

Seems to be a nicely equipped place. Terrible experience with Caleb, the ?salesman, who also addressed himself as the manager when I needed to discuss things with any manager there. He didn’t try to listen. He tried very hard to pressure me into buying a membership the very first 30 minutes of trying out the free pass. He also tried very hard to make me well aware that the pool is not available to people with free pass when the pool is crowded (isn’t it the point of free pass is to sell more membership, instead of making feel very less welcomed?). I felt like I needed to be a member that day to swim there. My boyfriend, a member, was swimming there that day (he went straight to the pool as soon as we got to the fitness and I needed to do the orientation) and when I got in to check out the pool, there were like 3 people there. From the time Caleb assured me that the pool was very crowded to the time I saw the pool without trying it myself was about 30 minutes. My boyfriend said it wasn’t crowded at all. I didn’t see many people exiting this 24 fitness door while being stuck with Caleb either. Not sure if this is the company’s theme of salesman or not. I just took a survey from 24 hour fitness, it seems like whether or not feeling being pressured by the salesman is one of the criteria they evaluate on the customers experiences.

The weights,cardio and basketball ball are all good but the pool and shower rooms are awful,There is so much germs and dirt at the pool's inside walls and in the water.I doubt that they clean the pool even once a year.The good thing is their staff they are always nice and friendly

Love the gym, but the staff does try to hustle you into buying supplements, fancy protein bars, and gear that you definitely don't need (when you are signing up for membership). Just sign up for the basic no frills membership and you'll be good to go.

One of my favorite 24 hour fitness locations in Houston! The staff is always really friendly and they have the most variety of equipment that I've seen out of the locations in the loop. Also they have a full cage for heavy lifting/crossfit-style workouts

Ok. Semi clean. Floors are dirty. Bathrooms always seem like they need to be mopped. If the Sauna or steam room is working they are filthy. One always seems to be broken full time. Lots of things never get fixed.

I have been training in this place for a while now, usually crowded on peak hours and troublesome when it comes down to parking. Just today i had my locker broken into and got my cash stolen from my wallet and there's no cameras and as usual nobody noticed anything, made a complain to the front deck staff who were very understanding of the situation but i'm unsure if the gym will do anything about it.

It's an OK gym as long as you don't mind being lied to by the desk staff and being gouged.When I joined I specifically told them it was for a temporary 2-3 month period since I would only be in town for that time. So far, so good.After month 2 I came in and told them I'd be staying for another month. They told me no problem and I could cancel any time before I left. This despite the fact that when I joined I had to pay the last month's membership, which meant that they should have had me cancel then and there.The day before I left town I came in and asked to cancel. Again they told me no problem.And then four days later they charged me again.So all told... I ended up paying them $300 for three months' membership. And when I called them to complain they told me they didn't have anything on record so wouldn't refund any of it. Basically, after gouging me unnecessarily, they then stole my money and then called me a liar.Never again.
