Its never too packed at the times that i go and people rerack their weights often enough to where its never an issue. I always get a good workout at this gym

The representatives not the front desk reps are unreasonable by trying too hard to make people sign up. Gym is a decent size but can’t expect much from this tier especially with incompetent reps.

Indio 24 is def up n coming! All the equipment you could ever need or want, plenty of space,and friendly staff. They have good group classes with good instructors. Come on in and get your sweat on! 🏋️ 🏃 🤸🧘‍♀️🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️⛹️‍♀️ …

I would have a team meeting with you night cleaning crew particularly with the African American front desk person! He seems very pushy and almost upset with guest when it ces time for him to do picking up of the weights which is understandable, however it part of his job! I just commenting on this issues because he seems to mad dog everyone working out at the time of cleanup! I come during the night becosue it is extremely pack ed during the day . So to have issues at night it's a lose lose situation. He should be spoken to about his approch!

Terrible experience. Would not even waste my time at this location. I recently moved and I didn’t have a local ID and it’s my fault that I didn’t check online ahead of time. However, the counter/front desk personage checked both mine and my friend’s ID which both said our original origin and he said nothing. He made me and my friend wait 20 mins just for the sales person to tell us that we couldn’t get it. Like learn your job before working the front by yourself. Additionally, the sales man didn’t say any apology or any option to pay for a day, nothing. This location will eventually close if they keep this up.

I cancelled my membership i told them not to put me on a freeze holdafter three months i saw that my account was being charged.i called the front desk to speak about this billing she said the manager wasnt there so shell give them a message. He never got the message. Im not getting a refund because they have no proof that i called. worst customer service.

Went there this morning to workout with a friend who has a membership there. Signed the guest pass and waiver. Had the little tour. When it came down to the employee wanting to tell me about their deals and signup specials I let him know I was not looking to sign up right now I just wanted to workout with my friend. Right away he asked for my ID and proceeded to tell me he could not grant me a guest pass because I lived more than 20miles away from that gym. He did offer me a day pass for $20 dollars LOL I'm not sure if this is policies but that sounds RIDICULOUS. Needless to say I will not be going back again. Many other surrounding gyms give FREE day passes if not charge a $5 fee at MOST. If I wanted ppl to come join my gym I would allow them to experience it before trying to pressure them into a membership or scaring them off with the ridiculous day pass fee of $20. What a joke!. This was the 24hour in Indio CA.

Do not waste you time coming here. I’m a local looking for a place to work out and I respectfully enters the gym did as told to be able to participate on a 3 day pass. The counter front desk looked at my ID said no problem made me do a survey and waited patiently for 30 mins for an interview. The sales coordinator looked at my ID and said I could not participate in the gym because It didn’t have a local adress. I explained that I just came back to move permentaely and I am just looking for a place to work out. He didn’t even apologize for making me wait so long, neither did he offer any other suggestion as to maybe pay for a day or something. Very unprofessional. Then 2 hours later I receive an email saying my pass was activated. NOW I can’t even have an opportunity to explore another 24 hour at any other location because of this. Terrible experience. I do not recommend. This location will most likely close soon and your money will be waisted. My family is in the local law enforcement and I will make sure that word spreads.

I did not research remarks Before joining this gym. I am a new member as of a week and did NOT experience any of what was commented in the one star comments. The gym is very clean and has all new equipment.The only negative that I have so far is that there’s not enough classes.All the people seem to be extremely friendly. I have a friend in town wanting to go to the gym with me so I will have to see if I have problems getting her into the gym on that three day pass. I will update this after my experience.
