I come to the gym as a guest. Have always felt welcome. The gym is always clean and staff is always pleasant. The new GM Kristine seems to go above and beyond to visit with the members before and after workouts. Have also seen her walking around the floor giving thumbs up to everyone.

Great gym so far. Always clean with an atmosphere of gym friendliness (generally people kind of do their own thing, but will smile). The location is what really makes this place so great. I love that I can work out before or after going to Lucky's.

I LOVE Planet Fitness! It is so clean...staff is cleaning in and around equipment daily. The staff is super friendly...they call you by name and give a shout out on your way in and out of the gym. Kristine even called me last week when I was sick at home and she noticed I was absent several days. I love the wide variety of equipment...makes for a chsngeup in my workouts. I, also, like the wide variety of ages, abilities, and ethnic background's. Planet Fitness energizes me!

This is a great place. Lots of people of all ages and backgrounds are there whenever I go and nobody seems to act inconsiderate or rude like at some other gyms. Josh went above and beyond to make me feel welcome as a new member and even brought secondary revisions to the custom workout plan he designed for me. There are always quite a few people there in the mornings, but there is plenty of each type of equipment so you never have someone standing there waiting for you to finish. Also the layout/design of the bathroom/shower/changing room/locker room is perfect for getting ready for work after exercising.

I have taken a few classes with the trainer and he was great with taking the time to explain things to me and do so even when I hadn't signed up. The equipment is really all I've used but it id well maintained and self explanatory if you prefer not working with others. I haven't used any free weights but they're usually busy. The gym is open and accessible almost at any hour. The aqua massage is bliss after a workout. Overall great place for a budget friendly price.

This is a pretty decent gym, having had memberships with about five or six gyms in my life. It essentially gets the basics right, and as someone else said, it's very much the "McDonald's of gyms". It's clean, quite spacious (usually), the staff are friendly and helpful, and very rarely will any of the equipment be out of order.However, the lack of real benches in favor of around six smith machines is incredibly disappointing. I understand yet disagree with the general brand PF propagates of power lifters and fitness freaks receiving scorn; to elaborate on how I feel about this/momentarily rant - your rates are so competitive you undercut and drove one of the best gyms in town, Core Fitness, away. They were totally respectful of "lunks" as you might call them. I agree that people shouldn't be openly judging others/screaming as they lift, but what is actually the point you're trying to make by sly digging people who wear tank tops and drink from gallon water jugs? People at PF do this already. Sorry about this, I just really loved Core Fitness and PF is absolutely why they're nolonger down the road anymore. I digress ..I'm not sure if their image they're trying to propagate is why there are *only* smith machines, but that could be it. They're extremely versatile and simple but they don't come close to actual benches.Speaking of the smith machines - on a given afternoon, after about four o'clock, it's not uncommon for each of them to be occupied *by the same people* for 45 minutes or longer. It's great they have as many as they do, and maybe this isn't a failing of PF so much as people being inconsiderate and slow, but it's a big problem when they're all you have. The more specific machines in the middle of the gym are fine but they can't fully replicate what having access to a bar achieves. Maybe put up some signage about being considerate.Also, as of writing this, the only source of airflow in the majority of the weight lifting area is either disabled or broken - the giant fan. It can get uncomfortably stuffy in this area as a result. Airflow is mandatory for me in fitness facilities, and this is becoming a nuisance.So, in summation: affordable, clean, friendly atmosphere, lack of benches sucks, and slow people suck. Thanks.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. All of the equipment is well maintained and usually available right away. Even during peak hours I am able to get in, do my routine, and get out in a very timely manner. For the price of membership this is a dynamite place to get your swole on or get trim or whatever you need to do at a gym. Seriously....no gymtimidation is right.

Staff is friendly. Equipment is well maintained. Good variety. It would be 5 stars if the weekend hours were a little bit later. I also almost always have to wait for a smith machine or cable machine, but generally not too long (I think the most I’ve waited is about 10 minutes). But if you go in for anything else, you’re pretty much good to go.I always dreaded the idea of working out at a gym, but pretty much go to PF every day. It’s inspiring to see people of all ages, body types and experience levels in one place working out together.

Latest line of life fitness equipment but poorly maintained. Hate it when I have to scratch myself up during a workout when it only takes a few bucks to keep things in good working order. Was told my the assistant manager that this is a 'difficult time since this location is coming up on its 5buear cycle for new equipment. The machines here are the latest line and just need new pads.. let's get'er done management!!. Notified general manager of the issue as well.

I actually like it. My 16, year old comes along and she loves it. We really enjoy the 30 minute circuit. The only downfall is it says open 24 hours Monday through Friday. BUT closer early on Friday. I can understand the different hours on the weekend BUT at least be open until midnight on Friday. Otherwise that I would HIGHLY recommend it.
