Onslow fitness is a great facility and conveniently located with all an exercise fanatic could hope for. It was just a bit out of my price range. “I work out on base for free”. Great great great place and staff. Would recommend to anyone willing to invest in their fitness goals.

Over the years Onslow Fitness has made a major difference in my life. Not only the physical fitness part but advice about my diet also. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. The hours of operation is unbeatable, I can go in when I get off from work at 0100 or 1400 the next afternoon. The facility is clean and stays well maintained at all times.I really enjoy the group room where I can do Zumba or go in when no one is using it and select a pre recorded spinning program riding in alligator alley in Flordia. The equipment stays updated and there is always a positive feeling when i walk in. As you can see i am very pleased with Onslow Spa.

The staff and fitness fanatics (hard core work out 🏋 people) are very NON-Judgemental. I wanted a gym where I would not be body shamed, as I started my journey and this gym is just that!! It is larger than what the exterior shows; the classes offered are amazing. I especially like that members have after hours access (lock-in) so we miss the crowds during peek hours. I highly recommend Onslow Fitness to my fellow Jacksonville community members. Come and give it a try! 🙂

We love Onslow Fitness. The environment is amazing, it’s like working out at a friends house. The child care has been wonderful for our little ones, and the staff are always awesome! Our favorite gym ever!

Onslow Fitness is a great gym with friendly staff, excellent service and all the equipment you need to reach your fitness goals. It's nice to be in an environment that feels more personal than one of the big national chains. The included childcare is a big plus for our family. I find Onslow Fitness to be a great place to work out. I have found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. It is always clean and well maintained. Classes are offered at several times throughout the day to fit my needs. I highly recommend Onslow Fitness to anyone wanting a safe and friendly environment to stay healthy.

The gym its self is great but if you think your getting out of there contract you are wrong and your military orders will not change that ether. by far the worst contract you will sign its easier to leave the military then this place.

Great place to workout. Like most fitness facilities there are times its super crowded and times its dead. They offer small group and team training sessions along with personal training. They also have an aquatic fitness class, body pump, yoga, Zumba and probably a few more.
