I absolutely love Onslow Fitness! One thing I really love is watching Vanessa cleaning! She never stops! They have a real gem in her!!I take advantage of the steam room, heated salt water pool and sauna! I always feel so refreshed when I leave!The staff are all amazing! They are so helpful and friendly!I do wish the women’s locker room had direct access to the pool area! Everything else is awesome!

Not your typical gym ( in the best ways). I signed up for the gym after tearing my meniscus for the sole purpose of going to water aerobics classes while I healed. I assumed water aerobics was a really easy workout for older folks. Yes, there are lots of older folks in the class but DON’T be fooled. I’ve been surprised by how great the workout is. You definitely get what you put in, so you can also just take it easy if needed. Amanda’s classes are my favorite. An added bonus is getting to meet really interesting people with cool life stories. There are very few intergenerational spaces these days and it’s nice to share a workout space with people from really different backgrounds from my own. I also like the 30 minute cycling classes and you have access to their 3D body scan machine which gives you really detailed info on your body measurements/composition and is a great way to track your progress. Only downside for me is that the facility is small and a bit older, but they’ve made some nice upgrades and the positives greatly outweigh any negatives. And the staff is always really friendly.

I've been a member for over two years now and it's better than ever! It truly is a fit family. I really appreciate how they provided options for us to continue to work out in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. Marta and Kara are awesome group fitness leaders! Cynthia is the best yoga teacher; I just wish she had more than one class a week! I've participated in Small Group Training from the start and the personal trainers here are fantastic. The staff is accessible and friendly. I've never had a desire to check out out any of the other gyms in town.

Love my gym! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming. They have so much to offer! From a nice stack of free weights, plenty of machines, a yoga room, PLENTY of classes, indoor swimming pool (no where in Jacksonville is that provided), steam room and sauna!! Their staffed hours are amazing! And you have 24/7 access! You really can’t ask for much more.

Onslow Fitness is hands down the best gym in town. My kids absolutely love the kids club, all the employees are so sweet and respectful. The staff at the gym itself, is always welcoming you with a smile and very professional. The facility overall is very clean. The pool and the saunas are a huge bonus. I love the classes they offer, especially Sprint.

This is the BEST gym in Jacksonville! The place is super clean, the staff is always ready to help, and you can just tell they care about the gym and the members. It has been locally owned by the same person since the 80’s. They have child care, the only steam room and sauna in Onslow County, and in my opinion the best personal training and group fitness. I have been in the gym my whole life and there is no comparison. Give it a try, you will feel at home immediately!

If you enjoy Bigotry, Racism and Violence with a smile this is the best gym in town. People of ethnicity,religon or diffrent views beware just ask for the tour and you will see and hear for yourself and the beautiful Kodak smiles are not for you... they are for your dues.

Staff was fine. The BIGGEST complaint is that their membership agreement to cancel is outrageous. Apparently a deployment letter saying that an individual is DEPLOYED OUT of America isn't sufficient to cancel a membership. That policy is utterly moronic. I've emailed multiple times my deployment letter with no reply, called and left voice mails and again no call backs. Management needs to be replaced along with that pointless policy of canceling a membership. If I could give negative stars I would max it out.

Hello,My name is Marc Daigle and I have an issue that I believe Customer Care can assist me with …I had a membership at Onslow Fitness in Jacksonville NC. and enjoyed it for quite some time …I actually started there under my parents family membership years ago, and when I could no longer be under theirs I got my own…Well about a year ago my job took me to Virginia and away from the gym in Jacksonville…I notified the gym that I had to move out of state due to work and they did not seem to care ..They jumped to sign me up years ago and had me in the system in like 15 min ready to work out with 24hr access, but canceling seemed to be of no priority to them …I notified them a second time and even asked if they could just transfer my membership to another family member and not cancel ..They were of no help ...I then asked them if they could just put a hold on my membership while I was in VA.. and then I would resume upon my return to Jacksonville..Again they were no help … and continued to charging me for a membership I could not use from 6 hours away …Now they have charged me over $500 in membership that was impossible for me to use …You can pull their record which tracks each time a member swipes in to the gym…I was charged for services I did not and could not use … after multiple attempts to work something out with them…I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop drafting paymentNot once did they tell me how to cancel .. I don’t have Email so I am using my dads account to send this to you …This is an awesome Jacksonville gym with the best physical fitness, weight loss programs and personal trainers in Jacksonville, NC.But with the worst customer service when an issue like mine presents itself…Please assist as this is bad business on their part … I plan to report the local Chamber of Commerce and Better Business BureauThank YouMr. Marc Daigle

Onslow Fitness Center is the best place for do a fantastic workout! I love the services they provide and their 24/7 access is awesome! The staff's quality customer service is extraordinarily awesome. I always look forward to working out at Onslow Fitness Center!
