I wish I could rate this business higher! We have been members while living in eastern NC on 2 assignments. This is truly a fitness family. There is always someone to help you grow in your fitness journey. If that journey takes you on your way to becoming a fitness instructor then who better to work with than Marta, Brenda, Sarah, and Kara. Love the support, generosity, kindness and the gift of feedback. If we ever live nearby again, count on us coming home to Onslow Fitness.

Onslow Fitness is a nice gym don’t get me wrong, but when you try to pause or cancel your membership due to being pregnant or going on a deployment you won’t get anywhere. We are spending $90 a month for my husband to be deployed and as for me, being 6+ months pregnant, being back home temporarily so I can be with family and have my baby.If they would let us temporarily pause our membership until we both get back we wouldn’t have a problem but I am disappointed in the way they handle the situation.

I like the friendly atmosphere and staff; the vibe is overall very good. Personal instruction is there if you need it or you can go at your own pace. Nice variety of different equipment and classes while not feeling like you're in someone else's space. You feel welcomed and a sense that you belong; no judgments and no feeling like an impostor. As someone who was never very fitness conscious, they have been great so far on my journey to improving my body and health. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Onslow Fitness! I have just started my club membership and was surprised to find so many there willing to help a newbie gain the knowledge needed for a great start. I was quickly signed up for a general orientation and an equipment orientation. I am pleased to have the resources provided by Onslow Fitness to be successful in my endeavor to improve my health!

This is hands down the best gym here in Jacksonville. From pool to free weights they have everything. This gym is more like see family and friends with everyone with the same goal in mind, to become the best possible version of themselves. I love this gym so much to the point that I look forward to every workout.

Onslow Fitness is my favorite!Great staff, great trainers and a relaxed atmosphere. No matter what you want personal training, workouts on your own, group classes, water aerobics it's there!Need help? The staff is very nice and friendly, and the equipment is always clean. The gym itself is great, the classes are fun and there is plenty of room to workout with lots of machines for use. There’s a sauna and steam room, great for after a work out. They even offer personal training!

I LOVE the staff! They're all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They aren't pushy like some of the other gyms I have been to. I am currently in the small group personal training and loving it! The gym and equipment is always clean.

Onslow Fitness is a great place to workout. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on whatever your needs are to accomplish your goal. I love this gym! Everyone is nice, kind, and welcoming. Hailey is absolutely wonderful and always patiently answers my questions. The location is perfect for me. They have everything you need and I like the layout. I've never had to wait for equipment. If you're thinking about joining drop in for a tour, it's worth it!
