Planet Fitness

Every time I'm there I see other people using machines and never cleaning up after themselves. Cleaning material is always out at the cleaning stations. I'm new to the area and did work out at planet fitness back in Massachusetts and this is not the cleanest facility I've been to.

The Management team is absolutely horrible. Not only are they on their cell phones but they fired an employee for helping someone vandalize a mirror. This employee had know idea what this guest was going to do. This person wrote on the mirror saying that they need to spread out the smith machines. Which was brought to the management before this even happened. And nothing was even taking into consideration.So by this employee giving this guest an expo marker they fired her. She was on of the best employees by far. Always had a smile on her face and was always very kind, helpful and worked very hard.

Lawrence and Alicia, the read head, you guys are great!!! I was struggling with the app and you both made sure to help out with that. Lawrence thanks for the tokens for the massage chair. It was AWESOME!!Thanks again for being patient, helpful and kind.We need more people like you two in this world!!Have a great night.

Best place to go for a workout if you don't wanna pay more than you need to. Staff is so kind, if you stop and talk you will make friends. It's always clean and they have multiples of all equipment so when one is out of order there is always another option. Excited they are back to 24 hours. Nothing better than the whole gym to yourself at 2am!

I love going to Planet Fitness; however, I am extremely disappointed in management because they fired one of their best employees. The employee was fired for giving a marker to someone who wrote a comment on a mirror about machines being too close together. Apparently, management said she was involved in vandalism. This is beyond ridiculous. This young lady was one of the best staff members there. She knew the names of customers and always had a smile. If she didn't know the answer, she would pursue someone who did. Planet Fitness Management: THIS IS JUST WRONG. The young people who work at Planet Fitness should not be thrown under the bus by management over something as silly as this. Let's focus on the 2 stair stepper machines that have not worked for more than 2 months. Let's focus on the fact that members have stood by through this mess of a remodel. Let's focus on the fact that young people in a work environment need support and encouragement. Let's focus on paying people what they are worth and creating a work environment where folks feel valued. PF Management: In my opinion, you messed up on this one.

The employees are always so welcoming and very nice! The process of switching my membership to the Black Card, was super easy and now I’m able to bring my almost 14 year old with me! The employees are always cleaning to ensure it’s a safe environment.

Lawrence and Jose are great at making the guests here at planet fitness feel safe and welcome to come in and have a good workout. All of the workers ensure the items in the gym are stocked and cleaned.

Great location with a friendly staff. I'm still trying to figure out why they turned off the two televisions that show CNN but left the two televisions that broadcast FOX News and MSNBC news. I hope this wasn't a move decided on political beliefs. I watch all three stations to get my news. Please turn on the two televisions showing CNN or turn off all news Networks.

My review is simple. I will complain in a heart beat but this facility is great. The staff is about as friendly as you can get, all machines work, towel diipensers are full, spray bottles are always filled, machines are kept clean. The atmosphere is what an average joe like me would want, relaxing!!

The customer service from the original workers and now managers is top notch. However, the younger staff needs to get with it at times and I do not see the newer employees clean like the original staffers do. Also, lately half the machines go down. When the gym is packed that's a real issue there. They could use some more hydro beds as well and another red light booth. More weights.
