I LOVE that EVERY one is welcome! I see people of all ages - teenagers - 80+ - I see people coming in on walkers, crutches, and artificial limbs. I also see the other end of the spectrum, people who are very athletic - and very well built... maybe professional weight lifters. I also see fitness trainers bringing their clients into PF - and I see the same trainers doing their workout at PF. I love the counter staff! They are friendly and always willing to help/answer questions! Lastly, the price is affordable for almost everyone!

I use to like planet fitness, meaning I like the gym it's clean the equipment is nice and the showers are great! My problem is with the staff I'm not saying you have to be buddy buddy with them but they have there favorites, everyone who works out there deserve respect I have seen the staff turn face up and some people and smile at others everyone there has paid there money to workout or do they do but it disturbing to see someone made very welcome and another customer treated like dirt seems very professional to me so I'm not that I would stay with company I would like to stay but it very clear who (the staff) wants there and who they don't

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is well-kept. It’s a tad small compared to other locations I’ve been to but as long as you go at the right times (typically the morning), it’s not too crowded. Only semi-complaint is this location isn’t available as a home club on the Planet Fitness website. So every time I need to do something “official” I have to go to Wilmington.

I go later in the evening which makes PF feel like my own personal gym. Kept tidy and clean by the guest and staff! But More importantly when I first signed up with planet fitness I was greeted by the most upbeat and enthusiastic staff member, Victoria. She was helpful, kind, and overall the reason so many people go back. She is truly an asset to the company. Best experience with any planet Fitness.

The staff is always welcoming and friendly and the facility is very clean. I enjoy using the amenities like tanning and massage. My only criticism is this venue is it is a tad small for the amount of members so it gets crowded quickly. I’ve been to larger locations that can accommodate the number of patrons at any time of day. So just be aware of the time of day you visit this location.

The staff is friendly and there is a decent variety of weights. Due to the location and price the location is usually FULL right after 5 o'clock. If you can avoid it, go during a less busy time. Your workout will be much more enjoyable!

This is one of the Planet Fitness gyms I use. I go to several different ones being I work out of the area. This one compares to even the bigger city gyms. I went to one in Las Vegas recently and this one had it beat. The place is clean and the staff are very helpful and professional. If you're looking for a great place to exercise in Jacksonville, look no further. 24/7 operation, except certain holidays.

I believe the facilities could be a hair nicer... but, the equipment is usually maintained pretty well. Can get hectic at peak hours, but is a nice place for a very reasonable price. Employees here are usually always friendly!

I love how knowledgeable the staff is, the massage chair and tables are fantastic, asks it really is a non-judment zone. You can go get a great workout and not feel stared at. There is also a 30 minute express workout that lets you get a full body workout in one little room. If you are looking for a gym I highly highly recommend planet fitness.

I love coming here, the staff is always friendly they greet me when I arrive and when I leave. There's lots of equipment to choose from and never a wait for anything. The locker rooms are extremely tidy and big - make sure to bring your lock for the locker :) This is the first gym I have ever signed up for and am very happy with my choice - I am already seeing results, I always look forward to going to PF!
