I love going to this Gym. The place is always clean and presentable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have plenty of equipment so there is little wait time for equipment. The atmosphere is very friendly, and they live up to their mantra of a judgement free zone. They do not tolerate bullying and harassment. There are people here of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels working out.

Treat gym they have been doing renovation they have 2 30 minute workout rooms and one for stretching/abs workouts ,lots of treadmills and bikes. All equipment has a sticker on it you can scan with the app so it shows you how to use it.the staff are very friendly and always cleaning and helping out. This location does have tanning beds and massage needs and chairs. It’s a great gym for beginners and even experienced workout out people.

I signed up and was charged for a cancellation fee and other charges after the fact even though I've never used the gym and was specifically told at sign up that there was no contract. Only to find out there was and I'm being charged for it to leave. Spoke with my bank to dispute the charges and was told this is the highest complained gym with my bank. From now on sticking to home work outs.

Been over 6 years sent numerous letters and still won't let me cancel. Over 4 grand a wasted since the letters I sent go nothing and I live over 15 hours away. Guess cops and fraud are the best choice since I can ever cancel over 6 years later im sure after this time I won't get money back either since I live so far away but just so everyone know don't do it they suxk the money out of you. I also have had 2 major hip surgeries that made me move to a different state for care but the seem to still not get my letters. Screws coming from the bone but I have to do it in person since mailing enought 10 states away for for 6 yearsEdit big surprise that they magically can't find it. These people are terrible and I hope they get what's coming to them.

Clean! Everything you need for a quality workout! I got a free day pass from the website and ended up buying a membership! So worth it!The staff are kind and courteous and the facility is spotless!A very enjoyable experience everyday at any time!

I didn’t mind the gym. It got the job done. Everyone was accommodating and polite. What I DON’T like is the never-ending charges even after I canceled my membership. Just be wary of that, all who are interested in signing up.

I go here with my sister all the time the workers so nice and if you don't already have a black card I definitely recommend getting one. Not only can you bring a guest but you gain access to massage chairs and the hydromasage beds

Recently decided to visit this place as a guest and noticed how clean the place was and how much room there was. After the first few visits and the great staff (props to Abby and Taylor, life savers! Lawrence and Sophia are legit too) I got a membership and couldn’t be happier.

Pros:*The fitness hours are very convenient (24 hours)*the facility is pretty cleanCons:*consistent contradictions to policy.*staffThe staff do not hold all members to the same policy if they are in a group or ‘intimidating’ (body builders or older individuals) They do not hold these members to dress code, no bags policy, or mask policy but they will have no problem if you are by yourself. Staff are consistently on their phones and rude in general. I will be canceling my membership.Before covid I wrote a 5star review due to the staff. Now all those staff members are gone and they hired anyone they could to fill the spots. There are plenty of other gyms to choose from. I suggest going somewhere else.

I give them 3 stars because they are extremely clean and the staff are very friendly....but THIS IS NOT the place for really experienced weight lifters. They have NO free weights outside of dumbbells. Its great for people looking for a place to start, but the more experienced weight lifter will be disappointed and it would definitely be a waste of money. I don't really understand the judgement of the "judgment free zone" claims
