I'm homeless, and I'm also pregnant. Me and my friends had been sleeping in the car, due to us being evicted from the homeless shelter, because there is so many homeless people and not enough beds. When I went in to the facility, I asked if me and my friend could use the bathroom and explain to the lady behind the counter that I was pregnant and homeless and we didn't have anywhere else to go to the bathroom. My hair was a little messy because of the fact I had been sleeping or trying to all night, and my shirt was definitely wrinkled. I saw the lady look me up and down, give me a smile that didn't seem genuine, more like mocking and tell me that they weren't allowed to let me into use the bathroom because I wasn't a member. The thing was I had used the bathroom in there the night before, but all of a sudden I'm being denied to even pee because I'm homeless? Definitely not a judgment free zone. I explained to her several times to which she always replied you have to have a membership, so you're telling me, I have to pay $10 a month and a $49 enrollment fee which is something I don't have because I'm trying to pay for my kid so I can get a house so my kid doesn't be homeless, just so I can use the bathroom at a place I'll never come back to? Seems pretty shady and ignorant to me. Would not come here, would not recommend anyone coming here, if they're not the majority type people who just use the gym with headphones in and don't care about anything. If the people here are going to deny homeless pregnant people a bathroom, I highly doubt that they're nice to the people working out.

I go to the one in Jacksonville, NC & the customer service with ALL of them is absolutely AMAZING. They are ALL very friendly, Patient, answer all questions thorough. The trainer, Josh is very polite & explains all the equipment & shows how they are used properly. Even if you don't have an appointment that day & he sees you in there he will help and ask how your doing. Clean, pleasant atmosphere. I would & do recommend to everyone.

1st off i want everyone to know that this Planet Fitness has some AMAZING PEOPLE that work there ! The morning shift gives 110% to there Job ! Abby and Taylor buy far makes you feel right at home ! Always smiling ,speaking and doing there job! They are so helpful and they call you by your name ! I must say Customer Service is very important in a small town !!! THOES TWO ARE WORLD CLASS,5 STAR when it comes to that ! Good job ladies ! I don’t know what I do with out you ! The equipment doesn’t make the gym it’s the people that work there that makes the gym successful! The managers are very helpful as well ! I have been to many Planet Fitness all over the states and this gym is small but with a good vibe an amazing employee’s! Thanks for all that you do to make your clients feel SPECIAL !!

One word: great. I went for the first time in a month or so, and the girl at the counter was so personable and nice. Very friendly and warm. I'm just sorry I did not get her name.Masks are now at your own discretion, which is nice, because no one wants to workout with a mask on! And they are getting back to normal, as the tanning rooms have their chairs back!Overall, I'm happy with my experience.

The staff is always excellent! They are so nice, polite, and always ready to assist with any needs you may have! I love the atmosphere! Its bright, welcoming, and it makes me feel good and ready for my workout! The cleanliness is on point! The machines are always clean and spotless, and there's an incredible variety! I always feel great after my workouts! Im always greeted upon entering (12am) and always bid good day when i leave! I love that i have access to everything including the massage chairs and aqua massage table which are both amazing! I feel very safe at my location in Jacksonville, NC!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, and has plenty of equipment for a totally satisfying workout. I absolutely LOVE the HydroMessage. Just what the doctor ordered!

***** FRAUD ALERT*****Impossible to cancel membership.Had used this location while traveling for work spending about half the month here. A year later I have stopped traveling to the area BUT THE BILLS HAVE NOT! They make it impossible to cancel a membership online or VIA phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, can't imagine how many MARINES are getting billed while deployed because they can't go in person. DEPLORABLE.Planet fitness being a chain offers a reliable experience from facility to facility. This particular location is clean and well equipped, there are enough machines and cables to keep from having any long waits for equipment. The staff are nice and responsive. Will visit again for sure.

Hi my one year membership that I signed up for was up back in May or June of 2020. I never renewed my membership or expressed any interest In doing so. Nor was I contacted to renew once the covid pandemic opened up gyms again. You guys just took 39 dollars from my account and that is part of my rent money. Due to covid I am not in any financial position to continue a membership. Please refund my money so I can pay my rent.I have tried calling, and emailing, everyday for 5 days now so I will continue to forward and send this email until I FINALLY get a response from your company about refunding my money and canceling a continued membership that I DID NOT agree to.Have a nice day and thank you for your time. I loved working out here, but I was recently charged the annual fee while they remain closed. I’ve tried getting in contact with them to find out what is owed and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at the club or get a straight answer from their corporate office. I went back and looked at my billing statements and also see that I was billed on 3/17 the date that they closed there doors. I’m not happy with how they are handling their billing during this closure, to say the least.
