Crunch Fitness - Johns Creek

Dakota was the manager for our cancelling memberships. He was really rude. He asked how long we were members we said “3 months we’re just cancelling because we are going to lifetime fitness and they have everything” his response was “yeah yeah yeah that’s cool but how long did you say you were a member” and then informed us of the 30 day cancellation which is fine. Very dismissive and rude. We have access to the gym for 30 days since we had to put in a 30 day notice and needless to say we won’t be back.

It is easy to join this club, but when you cancel your membership, you might have big troubles. Attached is the fee I paid for cancellation of the club. Be careful to join this club. Too many fake reviews for this club.

I have planned to join this club. But after I read their terms for $10/month membership, i found this is a trap since you must pay several hundred dollar cancellation fee. So be careful to join this club.

My name is Ryan Pham. I have been a customer with you guys for around a year or so and I have always had good interactions with everyone here and the rest of the staff are usually extremely kind. Today My friend and I came in and my friend did not have his card because he lost it. We were told to download the app which he tried but could not do(do to an error with the app store). We told the front desk and the lady started to give us unwarranted attitude and basically lecturing us like little kids for asking to use a number look up instead. I confronted her after because the way she spoke to us wasn’t okay in anyway. She tried to tell me it’s because she had to enter phone numbers in all day, yet we have never used the phone number look up prior and at this point she was still talking to me like i was being a nuisance. She then said if you wanna complain then you’ll have to wait until the morning. At this point I asked the head manager for this email to file a complaint.

The audacity of the owner disagreeing with all of the low and honest ratings is hilarious. This gym is a scam and do not care about their customers. Go to Planet Fitness instead because they are honest and transparent about fees, etc.

I gave this location 2 stars for the equipment and the vibe. I would give 0 point or star to the manager for this location. If your staff know how to downgrade membership and you not, you either think we are stupid , or you’re really suck at your job. You know who u re.

Recently joined Crunch Fitness as a member. I would say I am overall pretty satisfied with my workout each time.The inclined bench presses are sometimes a bit dirty but it's totally fine, and I hope there will be more bicep curl machines in the future.

This Crunch fitness location charged me a $49.99 yearly fee and $17.24 monthly fee to cancel my daughters subscription when she was away out of state at college. The customer service was no help. I’d recommend a different place like planet fitness. They are much more willing to help customers out. Zero stars for Crunch Fitness.
