There’s barely any space to completely work out and all the rooms and space are always blocked off so you can’t do any personal workouts

Always clean, very clean bathrooms, excellent treatment from the receptionist. The bad only. 1 training teacher corrects and makes recommendations to customers the others do not greet and only look

So disappointed. Rejoined finally after leaving during covid. Love the classes/instructors. Space is meh on maintenance. The ladies sauna is often not working and hydro chairs rarely work first try. Could live with that except I’m being charged $14.99 for my teenage son instead of the $9.99 basic membership I signed him up for. Called about the discrepancy and was told that’s the rate for a 3 month commitment & that’s what is in the system for him. When his 90 days are up and I’ve paid the extra $15 and the annual fee has been run within his 90 days I can start a new membership for him at the $9.99 basic but will have pay the annual fee again this year and whatever the registration is at that time. Zero effort was put into correcting this when I reached out - just got a “sorry but that’s what you have to pay”.

I’ve been apart of crunch for several years now and I will continue to be apart of this gym either here or even if I move because the staff here are so friendly. Matt is amazing, every time I come in and checks me in he has a big smile welcomes me back! He’s usually my go to if I have any questions about things around here and has helped me out each time! So thanks Matt and the rest of the team here for making this a great place to work out!

This place is great for a great price. I’m paying about 25$ a month. It gets the job done and cheaper than other places.

This crunch is amazing! The people are nice and it’s a cheaper membership for better quality. I definitely recommend.

John’s creek crunch has amazing energy, and the addition of the universal machines has made it so much easier to find exercises you can do. Matt, the manager here is a class act. I found Jason the assistant manager, mopping up the men’s room floor from an overflowed toilet. That could’ve been a serious liability claim against the gym that he averted, and he was off the clock and clocked in just to do that. That was really impressive. Ian aka tree has always been one of the hardest workers here and friendliest and he helped me with a video project for my sister who is turning 55. This gym treat you like family and I wish all Crunch gyms had people this amazing. These guys are impressive. I can’t imagine going to any other gym.
