Crunch Fitness - Johns Creek

Crunch is great if you are committed to going to one location and never have to move.There are lots of hidden fees and an inability to cancel in timely manner. But they are quick to talk you into signing up for a membership that will leave you paying months after you're gone.I do have to thank this gym for my start in my fitness journey, since this is where I started two years ago and I have successfully lost 40+ lbs. I just recommend starting at a gym that is more honest and does the right thing when it comes to how much they charge their customers (I now utilize my college campus gym and neighborhood gym).

Please don't ever make the mistake of joining this gym , they have stolen from me countless times , even after cancelling my gym contract , they will lie to your face . Extremely shady - STAY AWAY

Very spacious and good looking gym. My only con is that there are no dressing rooms and I have to go to the showers to change

I was at Johns creek GA crunch fitness todayGuy at the guest check in was so rude I walked out right away.I had my son as a guest with me he was being so rude to him. I was so mad I had to leave with my son right away.Your guest check in guy don’t need to talk to me and my son like he can teach me like thatIf he has a problem he need to find better way to communicate.

This location has been contacting me for months asking if I wanted to join their marketing membership. Once I finally did I immediately regretted it. They have been charging me $150 per month for absolutely no service. This is FRAUD. Please be aware small business owners, they promise you a ton of ads on their website and in their physical location, none of which you actually receive. This is so disappointing. Please be sure not to work with Nic. He is very misleading in his approach to sell this membership. Will be contacting my lawyer regarding the issue. Ridiculous!

No cleaning of restrooms. Men’s urinals are disgusting. Something is growing in the middle one and it has been like this for a year now no exaggeration. Soap dispensers broken and no paper towels on a regular basis. Where is the leadership? Unacceptable.

Looks like a ton of fake positive reviews on this "gym" have been posted to counter balance the real ones.The real reviews are mainly negative.The worst part is the attitude in the majority of the responses by ownership. Hard Pass.

Very good. Not as nice as my new gym -the location in Buford because of CryoTherapy and brand new stand up tanning where the bulbs work. They evidently are redoing the place and will have both later this summer. I don't mind driving the extra 10 miles for Cryo and beds that work though.

The Karen at the front desk didn’t allow my husband to use his upgraded membership, where you have to access to any location & can bring a guest, simply because I already had the basic crunch membership at another location. Instead, she asked me if I wanted to upgrade or pay $10. This policy incentivizes people to cancel their membership, so they can be brought in as a guest. The policy doesn’t make sense and it has never been enforced at other locations we have been to. At the end of the day, I pay for a crunch membership and it’s not that serious. John’s creek staff has a bunch of Karens— not our kind of gym.

I work in the area and I decided to visit this location for the first time! Everyone that works there are super nice, but the cleanliness of the place it's really bad, every single machine is covered with a combination of moist dust and it looks NASTY graime kinda like,gooey almost, in top of that treadmills are all covered with sweat dust combo as well it's honestly disgusting,I couldn't stand it and I was there only 20 minutes,The place definitely needs someone to deep clean the machines, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, unless you like this kind of environment, The men's locker/restroom seems like it hasn't had the floors washed in a while,they have a sign on the wall that states that someone every day deep cleans the restrooms ,witch I thought it was funny and contradictory to how it looks, I hope the management will put attention to this, I moved from planet fitness because crunch seemed better but I'm thinking about going back,at least planet fitness is super clean all the time!
