I go to the gym for a cycle class once a week and I can say that it is very pleasant. The cycle studio is clean and well social distanced, every other bike is open. They also clean all the bikes after a class. My time spent here is thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend it to anyone who wants to come work out!!!

Not the best when compared to other LTF’s, but still better than any gym aroundMen’s steam room smells like a wet dog though

Great Facilities and variety of activities for the young and old. The basketball court is nice & the pool is excellent in terms of dimensions and cleanliness. I delighted in watching my grandchildren enjoy swimming & splashing water freely. I also enjoyed the cafeteria with its immense variety of healthy snaks, which I resisted with great difficulty, but I enjoy a great cup of coffee. If I had one criticism it would be the bathrooms needing much better attention.

This branch of Life Time Fitness is very clean and well maintained. I have been here for several times as a visitor and every time I get a five stars service.I’ve been approached by coaches in gym during my workout for assistance. They are very professional and welcoming.I used the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, changing room, and sauna, and all are clean and hygienic.

Charged me for longer than the agreed upon period that was determined up front. The company seems more interested in up-selling than providing a service to customers that they are paying for already. Is ridiculously overpriced if you are just interested in weight training.

Michele M. who teaches the Fitness Pilates class on Mondays at 7:00 pm was just very rude to me when me and another trainer were asking her for help to find jump ropes. She very rudely said we don’t have jump ropes. I’ve been working out …

The absolute WORST customer experience EVER and no benefits for being a long term member. My daughter and I have been members over 6 years and she has attended summer and school break camps.. This is the 3rd time this Summer that I was told my daughter couldn’t attend Parent Night Out because whoever I spoke with earlier in the week did not register her Or they did’t see her name on the list. Nick Campbell, Channel and anyone at the Front Desk and Child Center are clueless and are too busy passing the buck and blaming the other department instead of finding solutions. I wish I could give 0 stars to both the Alpharetta and John’s Creek locations! Life Time Fitness Alpharetta & Johns Creek is perfect for you if you enjoy below average and horrible customer experience.!

Super annoying that it’s AUGUST and they won’t let my 3 year old swim outside. It is 100 degrees out and he has to use the small indoor pool that is small, stuffy and dark??? We pay a ton of money to go here. A lifeguard could be outside or just put up a sign saying no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Heck, have people sign a waiver. It’s not hard. Totally disappointed in this rule as it’s unfair to any kid not in school.

I've been a member at LT, using primarily Alpharetta almost a year. The locker room is disgusting. There is simply no evidence that anyone really owns responsibility for hygiene. Management is not anywhere in the locker room and, as a result, it's a disgusting scene. The work out facility is extensive and there are many options for fitness equipment, but there's a problem. With a massive number of members using the equipment, the weights and equipment just gets strewn around and, notably, many members literally sit on equipment that is in hot demand for 5-10 minutes, just listening to their music. There are a plethora of fitness instructors and employees wandering around but they apparently have not been directed to improve either the efficiency or the hygiene of the club. Interestingly, I've used the Woodstock facility many times as well and, overall, Woodstock is heads above Alpharetta. I am terminating lifetime and have never been hard to please as a fitness member person.
