Facility is great during non-peak hours.Customer Service and Membership Service are a complete joke. I canceled my daughters membership when she went back to school and my credit card was charged in full for three consecutive months. I called and was told her membership was canceled and even received an e-mail confirming this from Life Time. The next month I was charged again!Return phone calls were not made and I needed to drive there and speak to someone in Member Services. I did this, but got the "Sorry" Mellissa is out to lunch.Save your money and your time...pass!

Sadly I had to leave to club due to not being able to afford it. I cancel my membership and they charge me next month saying it's part of their policy. Some of the employees are very rude such as Ms.Willis (I think first name is Cathy). Along with their head of banking just yelling at me. The part that upset me the most is someone named Michael? Telling me "nope that sucks" can't do do that. My mouth was just left wide open. This place is nothing more then money hungry. There's a Y right next door that's less then half the price. I wouldn't recommend this gym as the cost isn't worth it. Otherwise it's kept very clean. Just a change of employees.

I have loved going to Lifetime and taking my kids there for 8 years!!! The classes are great, the instructors are phenomenal (especially yoga) and the amenities are fabulous! Try finding an indoor and outdoor pool with numerous hot tubs at another gym in town... (You won't) I saw the comments about the irritation with the lifeguards and it is sad that teenagers are able to get under the skin of some adults. The childcare area is wonderful and my boys still love to go there at ages 9 and 10 AND they love the Summer Camps provided by Lifetime. The pricing is relative to this area and the amenities provided. You get what you pay for and I believe my money is well spent at Lifetime for my family membership! Thanks guys!!! 👍👍👍

Been a member for quite a few years and this gym is falling apart. I'm there 4-5 days a week, usually for swim training. It used to be a great place to work out. It has one of the best 25m lap pools in town. But now, the entire aquatic center is a mess. One of the three pools (the inside kid-zone pool) has been broken for a while now. This is forcing all of the kiddie campers and swim lessons to clog up the adult swim lanes, making it difficult to find a place to swim. One of the two jacuzzi's has been broken for about a month. In the main pool, one of the lane lines has been broken for about 6 weeks and another went missing last week. The bottom of the main pool is always littered with bandaids, trash, and detritus. Makes one wonder what is going on. Are they unable to afford repairs on a timely basis? Why isn't someone vacuuming the pool on a daily basis, as is done in just about every other swim center in the country?Furthermore, it seems like the gym is being run by teenagers rather than adults. There's no sense of customer service. During the entire summer, they host kiddie camp (basically, a glorified babysitting service). These gaggles of kids are a real pain for those of us there to train, particularly in the aquatic center. They are given priority when it comes to the swim lanes and this is a real downer for those of us adults with limited time to get in a swim. The problem is magnified by the fact that much of the swim facility is "under repair", forcing everyone to share the few outside lanes that still exist. The people running the pool have, on more than one occasion, asked me to give up my swim lane because they have a swim lesson. They think nothing of completely inconveniencing their adult members. And, not to nit pick, but I point this out because its not just this one thing or that. Its the culmination of everything that makes me think this gym is being mismanaged. In the men's locker, I tend to use the same shower stall when cleaning up. I was in this shower for three straight days and there was a bandaid stuck in the corner each day. Aren't these being cleaned on a regular basis? On the fourth day, it had been picked it up and put on a shelf, apparently by someone hoping the cleaning staff would finally remove it.I have become very disappointed with LTF, especially considering the cost to be a member. It is supposed to be a "premium" gym, but has certainly lost its charm. I hope this gets turned around because its in such a convenient location and when the pool is clean and in good condition, its a wonderful place to swim.

I had been a member since the club opened and decided to cancel. Per policy, I went in person and signed their electronic form and was told I would be billed one more month (per policy) and then my membership would stop billing my credit Card. This was in May. I looked last month and found that three more months were charged to my credit card. I went in to the facility to inquire and they stated that there was no proof that I came in and that it was not their problem. I am being charged for 3 additional months because one of their employees did not know how to use the system. I was told it was my fault for not checking for an e-mail. Horrible customer service, lack of professionalism, lack of training. All around poor club for the money. Go to the YMCA. They are friendly, family oriented and less expensive. It is right down the street. READ others review. This is not Uncommon. They keep billing after cancellation. Pathetic.

I joined LT about 2 months ago and to be honest, I have mixed feelings about it. It is definitely the most I've ever paid for a gym membership, but I'm also from a farm town that doesn't offer a resort for a gym. When I initially took the tour, it was 2 weeks before the "renovations" and we were promised new equipment on the entire fitness floor - to include new weight machines (wrong). By far the most under-delivered promise. They decided to shove all of the weight machines in a single corner and put in a larger functional fitness space that is clearly geared towards cross-fit style workouts. I get it, people like it. But not everyone, it's in the worst spot, and it's not what I was "promised"! A number of weight machines are absolutely terrible, old, broken every single week, or "drag"/"catch" and are such a nuisance to even try to maneuver. The LifeFitness weight machines that they have are nicer, and thus are always being used. My partner cancelled his membership within 30 days to go to a competitor with much newer & more weight machines. I have deeply considered it. I enjoy the atmosphere and impressive list of offerings, but all in all I am disappointed. It is far too expensive to under deliver.

I have been attending since it has opened and I love it. Being not too familiar with gyms in this category..I was very impressed from the start. I immediately got a resort feel from the place. They are open 24 hours usually and the place has so much to offer. It is indeed a club. Not only do you have your basic weight room with treadmills and elliptical and what not, but you have so many other activities to do. It is an all in one. You got two basketball courts, squash courts, rock wall, outdoor pool, indoor 'leisure' pool w/ water slide, lap pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms. They also have a great emphasis on their group fitness activities, like yoga, cycling, pilates and dancing. There is a nice cafe that actually serves up some decent food, but I avoid it because I rather not spend money. Has a spa/salon where you can get massages and other beauty services done (for a price..sometimes they have decent specials though). Also there is a child care center, and they run summer camps for kids throughout the summer.I have heard some people complain about it being a little to 'uppity' like. That could be true I guess. If you are familiar with Alpharetta, than you can probably imagine what it would be like. I really don't have a problem with it. I feel like it is very diverse and I don't feel those vibes being given off by people. You also can't really expect this place to be a hardcore gym. You got soccer moms and dads, kids, hardcore lifters, beginners and everything in between. I am sometimes disappointed because they could have more squat racks, but usually I have no trouble getting one because no one is using them. And while it isn't the most hardcore place, they have no problem with hardcore lifters. They don't really mind if you accidentally drop the weights every now and then, or 'grunt'. They don't have policies against squatting or doing dead lifts. If I were to bash it, I would say that they can be pretty strict. About things like guest policies, but can't blame them for wanting to run a tight ship. I also know it can be pretty difficult to cancel. Signing up can sometimes be overwhelming and expensive, but if you are a great negotiator you can avoid some of those costly sign up fees. It can also become very crowded at peak hours in the AM, and around 6pm.I definitely recommend this place for anyone who will appreciate all they have to offer. It is expensive compared to LA fitness and other places, but they offer so much more. Like any membership, just make sure you are utilizing it to it's fullest, because if you do, it seems like a steal.

We have had such a great experience so far with Life Time! Me and my 5-month-old daughter go 3 - 5 times a week, and I have been very impressed with the Infant Room as well as the Group Fitness classes. I always feel like my little girl gets the attention she needs, and they're great about giving her her bottles and letting me know immediately when she needs her diaper changed. I trust that she is safe and happy there, and appreciate how friendly and upbeat everyone is. The classes are tough, in a good way. I have taken The Mixx, Zumba, Strictly Strength, Studio Cycle, FIT, Total Conditioning and Core - I try to take 4 classes a week and always leave feeling like a got a great workout. The instructors are in amazing shape which is motivating! I have also tried the spa (facial, massage and pedicure) and enjoyed it, as well as personal training. Basically, at this point, I have no complaints! I have yet to try the pool, yoga, pilates, and several of the classes, but I'm looking forward to it and highly recommend this gym, especially for moms! :)

Been a member for 4 months now, what else can I say I love this gym. I've been to other gyms as nice but never have I been a member of one so nice. This place is truly a lifestyle. They have tons of machines for every part of the body. No matter what type of training your into they have the equipment to help you reach your goals. There is Rock Climbing, 2 Full court Basketball courts, Bike Spin room, indoor outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms and multiple hot tubs. Several studios are available for everything from Palates to Yoga, theres even a Mixed Martial Arts studio. Their locker rooms are nice they supply you with all the things you need towel service, shampoo, conditioner, shave cream, deodorant, shower gel, blow dryers, etc....... I would definitely recommend this place to anyone willing to go to a gym to begin with. Last but not least they are a bit pricey $140 /mo. for single and $219 /mo. for couples. But in this instance I believe your truly get what you pay for.

Okay, so I've only been a member for maybe a month and I must say that I have enjoyed it thus far. I am extremely picky about where I spend my hard earned cash. The women's locker rooms are clean...a little crowded at times, but I do go when I'm off work which is later than most. I am able to lift weights when I need to with out having to wait and the machines that I want to use are always available. I've read the other reviews and maybe the gym has too and cleaned up since the other patrons have been there, but I can't complain..well, except for one thing. They can never get my LT bucks right and no one told me about the beautiful beginnings until I almost missed it. Good thing they sent me an email to extend it 15 days...so I don't have to pay anything. Anyway, I hope it helps, if not...then I tried.
