Great gym! Equipment is always clean and they have plenty of options. The classes are excellent and offered all throughout the day. The trainer is very patient with us new people but also sets high expectations. Every employee I’ve encountered has been helpful and friendly. I’m very happy I decided to join!!!

A good and economic option for gym. But, they often don't maintain the timing. It was locked on a Monday morning 5.30 am when it's supposed to be 24 hrs. That really gets on your nerves.

I told to cancel membership anytime, and i cancelled it before the next cycle and still they deducted the amount for next month. When i called to check with them they said they cannot refund. So i asked if other person can use the gym for a month, they said they cannot do that . I wont recommend it for anyone.

When I went in to cancel my membership a month ago, they had me sign and I even gave them my membership card back. They charged me again for this month and when I went in to complain, they wouldn’t refund me for the charge that they messed up on. I contacted their complaint email and were useless. So disappointing and I do not recommend this gym to anyone.

This is the second Atlanta location I've run across that ran out of hot water at a time of day when there was hardly anybody in there and the water pressure was barely even working. If the owner thinks he is saving money by cutting the water pressure he is wrong, it takes me twice as long to take a shower there to get the soap out of my hair. I have visited at least 30 Planet Fitness Centers in the last year and the two Atlanta ones I have been to rate one star.Update: If you'd like me to contact you, please post an email address or contact me via my address on file. I visited your location on jan 17 and my member number is listed on the sign in sheet. I informed one of your employees about the issue. My guess is you don't use your own club on a regular basis or you would have known about the issue. Nothing sucks more than having the hot water run out when you just get through putting shampoo in it, especially on a cold day. The weak water pressure is something I have noticed at the Holcomb bridge location too.

Always clean and not too busy during peak hours. You would have thought it was a brand new gym! Very attentive staff, GREAT JOB!

Been a member for about 3 months. Full membership is $21.95. Nice, positive atmosphere. Lots of machinery. But, there is not one scale in the whole building so you wont be tracking your weight from here! Also, there's no suana😟.I love the water powered massage beds so much! I also love the massage chairs, both of which come with the full membership. It always feels very sanitary here.2 things I don't understand are the tootsie rolls that are always on the front counter to tempt you into throwing away what 10 minutes of cardio And pizza night? It's a GYM people! We come hear to achieve discipline and overall health!Overall really like this gym.

Great value! Well maintained. Making small but meaningful improvements. Friendly staff. Transparent with all fees and potential fees. Never have to wait for machines.Member for about 7 months.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have had the WORST customer service from Frazer & Charles. They are supposedly managers there and dont handle situations professionally or responsibly. They double billed our bank account for monthly fees and the following month charged my account when they werent supposed to and caused a spiral of charges from bank. I called to get it handled and Charles hung up on me and Frazer never ONCE called me back!! I am canceling my membership DUE to these two incompetent employees. I will be calling and emailing corporate, putting a complaint in to better business bureau and will give them bad reviews on every webpage possible!! Livid!

Didn't get my promotional membership price I signed up for, the tour I was promised, or even close to right size for my free tee shirt. They billed me inconsistently. They sent me a survey to fill out that would give me a promotional deal, but sorry, it expired the day they sent it. I wish they would have put that in the email. I can't login online because no matter how many times I ask them to send me my username, it doesn't happen. I've got more too, and I don't even go that much.The gym is nice enough, but I will gladly pay a cancellation fee to be able to stop doing business with them.
