Planet Fitness

Blackcard member...Been visting the Alpharetta, GA location for the past 5 months (Closer to work)...I go almost every day, and they still make me sign a form with my information every day after they have scanned my card which has my information. Today, I was told, as a black card member, I am only allowed to visit a non-home gym location 10 times a month. That's what I get for trying to workout everyday...:-(

Good price, equipment availability, ease of use, variety of stations, personable staff. Have not been there since COVID-19 hit. Will come back when there is a vaccine.

This is a very DISHONEST business and if I could give zero stars I would. My daughter was charged late fees due to the fact that her bank account number was entered incorrectly by an associate named Patrick who also happened to enter her email incorrectly.In less then two months from signing up she realized she had higher charges that she as expecting. They already charged her 3 late fees totaling $45 even though they had an alternate payment method and they are the ones that draw the money!She received no notification about the bank problem. Planet Fitness was conveniently and without the concern charging her regular fees + late fees.The manager of this local branch Kendall was not helpful at all and blamed the problem on the system but was not willing to make any adjustments. After a long discussion he agree to credit only one late fee.Beware! I do not recommend this place at all!

Staff is super nice and helpful, club is clean, and lots of available equipment no matter when I go.Love that The black card membership lets me bring a guest every time I go and use the hydro massage beds

Very clean and tons of equipment. I like fitness classes but they dont offer any classes over the weekend and on top of that, most of the weekday classes starts in the afternoon. No morning classes! Also, there is no communication from the gym when the classes are cancelled. Please inform your clients when classes are cancelled so we can plan our day accordingly.

I am not sure how planet fitness is hiring stuff like Kendall and Darien . I knew some of them where they were very helpful and friendly in planet fitness.But This guys they don’t know how to treat planet fitness members / customers.They were rude and talk insensitive with customersBelieve me . I have been to many gyms of planet fitness but never had this bad experience. Hope planet fitness enhance its entity with good stuff

This gym is very clean. The staff is very helpful and willing to take the time to communicate how things work, where things are and share suggestions on how to use things. I enjoyed my 1st experience working out here, glad I finally joined.

Options! I like the Milton, Canton and Chamblee locations! In addition, I like the time options of 24hrs. The facilities (both of equipment and women's locker room/showers) are always clean and sanitary. Only wish the treadmills faced the windows for a more natural walking experience.

Planet Fitness in Milton, Ga, is the best gym! The gym is super clean, and the staff is friendly, and helpful. My family and I have moved to another state, and the assistant manager, Derrin was helpful with the process of cancelling my membership. No issues. The gym is in a nice neighborhood, and right next to Target for easy shopping. I miss this gym.

Each of my two months there I was charged a late fee because they did not draft payment off my credit card before their own late payment date. On top of that they did not alert me of it the first time it happened, or the second for that matter, I just happened to notice it on my statement. When I went in to bring it up, I was essentially told that it was my fault that my credit card didn’t process quickly enough and that it would continue happening, plus I would not be refunded my late fees. The GM of this location is who I spoke to and was extremely condescending about the entire situation. The quality of their staff and how they run their business definitely explains why they can afford to be priced so low. I’d much prefer paying double at another gym then keep going here.Also, if you ever have any problems at your gym, good luck getting in touch with corporate. All but one of their extension options if you call corporate tell you to contact your local club and the one that doesn’t goes straight to voicemail. They also apparently don’t have an email to reach out to. Great stuff.
