Great place to workout! I love this location as all the equipment is nice, newer, and clean! Management is great, especially Grace and Sean. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Used to be a great gym. Now it’s allKids who stand and talk and the management refuses to do anything about it. Doesn’t seem very fair to the paying customers. I’d highly recommend not joining here if you’re considering it. Trash is full, no paper towel yet the staff stand behind the counter screwing around. Quite a shame. Gym has a lot of potential

Great place to get fit

Would appear that their trainer Cindy I believe she said her name was is on a power trip. Literally in the middle of a workout when she comes and interrupts myself and others working out nearby to tell us we need to be rotating machines. I understand but I was on a second set with absolutely no one waiting. She then moves on and starts correcting others in another area. Let people workout, that’s what we are paying to do. We are all adults, we don’t need to be micromanaged. This used to be my home base gym, glad I switched to another location that doesn’t have staff that harasses the members.

10 months later, they have new machines but at any hour staff could still care less about anything. Huffy bros are stomping around and dropping weights. Would not recommend going here if you're a female. Eyes are going to be on you the entire time and the staff won't take action for anything. Worst location I've been to in the nation.

This gym is awesome. I go to the one on westnedge in portage. It’s always super clean and the staff is friendly. Everyone has to wipe down their machines when their done. If they see you aren’t they will kindly tell you to. Really there is no excuse not to because there’s cleaning stations all over. They got a lot of new equipment I noticed today and I absolutely love it. The prices are definitely beyond fair and what’s great it’s 24/7 and they always have some one at the front desk. They also have all different types of free fitness classes as well as orientation about all the machines for members that are beginners at the gym.

Planet Fitness on Portage is great. They have lots of equipment (options), the facility is always clean, and staff is very friendly.

Really hope there's cameras in the parking lot. I was walking to the car and saw someone messing with my Camaro. About to break the window. Until they saw me walking up. I looked online and there's been multiple car break inns at planet fitness parking lots. Because people leave there wallets in cars. Please get cameras in your parking lots.
