First time impressions are always important, the PF staff made me feel very welcome and were able to help me with any questions in a timely manner. Special shout out to the staff member Nick who helped sign me up and gave me a quick tour of the building.

If you're not a total gym rat but want to work out and get healthy this is a great place to go. Lots of machines and weights available all the time and the black card benefits are great (the hydro bed is glorious). This place gets flack because it's not super specialized for those people who spend 4 hour a day in the gym but for the everyday person trying to better themselves it's a great place. And they take it seriously if anyone seems to be taking video or pictures of you without permission (creeps are everywhere and every gender).

This is the better location in Kalamazoo. However I feel that the layout of gym could be better to tiny for the amount of members.

Nice place always clean and friendly staff. only disappointing thing is that they have issues with their hydrobeds alot. Obviously not their fault though.

I was in the area for work so I thought I would give this location a try. Sad to say I am not impressed at all. The staff is very rude and condescending. Thumbs down. Thank goodness the Kalamazoo location is a better place to workout.

So far I'm very pleased, much cheaper than my last gym, staff is friendly and helpful, and very respectful, it's clean and well stocked, they have everything I could need, I have no idea why people dislike this place and I don't want to meet those people anyway, also Black Card Membership is inexpensive and worth every penny

I love that they opened one in portage! All new machines! Love it here! Set up is super nice ❤️ love the new tanning beds too
