Massage chair has been broken for months. They paper towel dispensers are broken or empty. The lunk alert will sound if you accidentally drop a weight but they will let members tear up equipment by standing on the padded bench with shoes.

Convenient locations and 24/7 access. Multiple extras services other than weights and machines. Only con I have Is the crowd bar on app doesn't seem to correlate to the actual crowd. Shown up multiple times when crowd was low and gym was heavily packed causing me to have to wait for most machines/equipment.

Its a great deal for the price. Planet fitness gets a lot of heat for their lunk alarms, but they hardly use it at this location. Also for $10-20, theres really no other affordable options around here. Planet fitness has given me the opportunity to pursue my health on a budget. I just wish there was a location closer to my house. My only other issue is that it gets really busy and people hog the smith machines, bringing dumbbells, bands, etc. and doing their whole workout in front of it. I wish there was a time limit on the more popular equipment so everyone could get a turn.

Cindy, the trainer is absolutely incredible. She tailors training sessions to the goals I have set and pushes me to set new goals. She is inspirational and encouraging.

Cindy, the older blonde lady is so insanely rude. Yelled at me and my guest. Planning on switching memberships. Harasses me and my friends every time we’re at the gym. The other staff is great, Cindy’s gotta go.

The convenience and atmosphere are perfect for my needs, only ten dollars per month doesn't hurt either. I've lost 135+ pounds and have met many hard working folks have provided encouragement and inspiration.

Miserable staff, especially the old blonde lady who works the front desk. Buy your staff some books on communication skills and what having personality is.
