Favorite part of my day is going to planet fitness they not only have the best cardio equipment and workout equipment but they have a hydro massage bed that is to die for plus you can use the tanning bed and. And you can get somebody to give you a personal workout program. Best of all it's only $23

I have had a great experience with both trainers. They are very helpful and know when to push and when to stop. All of the equipment is well maintained and the facility is very clean.

The staff are very rude and unprofessional. They will just walk up and start yelling at you for stuff they previously said was okay. The managers don't give a $$*%! They act nice until someone gets offended and then all professionalism and courtesy are thrown out the window. Sad and pathetic.

The gym is always clean and I am always greeted with a smile….. The machines and free weights will definitely make you sweat. Love it here.!

I have been a member of this location for over a year and have had to request replenishment of wall mounted hand sanitizers and bathroom soap on many occasions. This was quite frustrating as we were in the middle of a pandemic, yet you still had to remind the workers to do their job.Second, there are a few people that go there that use the gym as a social hour, talking to literally everyone while occupying equipment they aren't using.And finally, some of the employees are more interested with hanging out at the desk on their phones, or socializing with members than doing their basic jobs. I had an incident where another gym member wasn't observing the 6ft distance rule (put in place by the gym) and when I complained to the front desk they did absolutely nothing about it.Because of the multiple repeated issues at this gym, I have permanently canceled my membership as of today and am quite disgusted of just how unprofessional and unsanitary that location is.

I come to this location to work out just about every day. Today I had an encounter with the long blonde haired girl who works at the front. Every time I come here, she is always on her phone texting and acts like you are inconveniencing her when you need something. I don’t know who hired her, but she has a horrible attitude and should not be working in customer service. Most other staff I have encountered at this location are usually pretty nice, but not her. Perhaps she should have some training in customer service skills.

Thecm staff is always friendly and helpful and they are always cleaning, filling bottles, changing out paper towels, vacuuming, etc. The locker rooms are always kept up and clean and equipment kept in good working condition.

My job requires me to travel and I often find the local planet fitness so I don’t skip my workouts. This location is the cleanest I have seen. On each visit, I almost always see employees going around and cleaning. When the weather has us tracking water and salt in, they do extra cleaning.

Cindy at planet fitness in portage has some real issues that she needs to get figured out. I see no reason to come up touching the customers and accusing them of stuff/ and or stopping them in the middle of their workout to tell them to go to a different spot . She’s one of the most rude people I’ve ever met I truly don’t know how she’s still employed their

This location is very clean, and the staff members are very sweet and professional. I love my black card membership to have access to even more amenities such as tanning, and total body enhancement booth. You also get 50% off drinks which is great when you are in a pinch.
