I really enjoy the fact that I can visit any location anywhere in the country. They are generally cleaner than other gyms and more affordable.

Clean gym with everything you need to get in shape. Location is perfect, right in portage near everything. Can’t beat all the amenities for the price. All the employees always have smiles and are super friendly. Wife and I highly recommend Planet Fitness.

This gym is very clean and workers are very friendly and helpful. I met the owner and he was excellent as well. The workers have very good customer service skills. They are always happy to answer all of my questions. There is workout equipment for everybody from beginners to people that are just keeping up with staying in shape. Also, I love all the extra perks with being a black card member! They have a hydromassage bed that gives an awesome massage with.... you've guessed it water!! They have stand up tanning as well as beds and the red light stand up booth that helps with skin imperfections. They also give away pizza once a month and donuts once a month. I would definitely recommend this gym! Regular membership $10 a month black card membership $23/mo you can't beat these prices with everything that comes with the membership!

This planet fitness was smaller than what I'm used to in BC, just went there because I was in the area, but It was very clean, and well maintained, the staff was friendly. I enjoyed my workout there.

The policy for ending a membership is ridiculous! I tried calling, explaining I won’t be able to drive to PF to close my account because recent health issues and they said “oh well!” Awful customer service and zero understanding ability.

Great workout, staff.. and little things like shower space being great and so beyond local competition (but fraction of cost) has been wonderful. If pf figures out basketball courts I will never leave

It's always clean, including the locker room and shower areas. I especially like the way the parking lot is lit up at night. I feel safe going to the gym late at night.

I've moved, repeatedly, from city to city. I've met dozens of employees. Everybody knows how to act in public. Always smiling, greetings and salutations, quick service and easy parking. At the Portage location, guest services rep Michael, makes you comfortable working out at 3am. He's attentive, alert, helpful, and nice. Like, he's nice, on purpose. I wish we had thousands of Michael's. Compensate this kid well.

Most of what was once their nice equipment is truly starting to show their age. There were at least 4 machines throughout the facility broken. Not to mention one of the changing stalls in the womens locker room has the main, the part that secures the door shut, is broken. However, they do have alot of cardio machines to choose from and the layout of the gym has a great flow to it. The tanning beds are really nice as well.

Great gym. Everyone keeps to themselves and focuses on their workouts. They have plenty of machines, especially for cardio. The wait time for strength machines is never too bad. I love the quality of the machines. They also have TVs to jack your earbuds to, showers, and changing rooms. For more $$$, you can have additional gym benefits.
