Zero customer service on the front end. I've emailed them weeks ago with no response still. When I called in I was immediately put on hold. I hung up after 15mins on hold. I instead did a free trail and joined anytime fitness next to golds. I recommend anytime fitness over gold's gym all day.

Horrible customer service. I came in to try and redeem my free 3 day vip pass to see if the gym would fit my needs for my programming and potentially get a membership. I was told because I live on a military base I'm not eligible and that golds is not just giving away free gym time. So I paid for a one day pass $16 and during my workout asked one of the employees a question about equipment and she cut me off before I was even finished talkingredients and tolled her eyes at me as if I was bothering her.

Me and my husband have been coming to Golds, Copperas Cove since they opened November 2016. Up until a few months ago we absolutely LOVED working out there. Although recently, there has been picture/video taking. I have reported the first incident to manager and was told to inform him if it happened again. Well it has on several occasions. I figured by the time I tell management to confront the situation they would have already deleted/sent off picture. So ladies and gentlemen be aware of your surroundings!

It was my first time at this gym and I haven't worked out in forever but it was a good experience, everything was clean and there were alot of options. Also the staff were really great. Especially Kenya, from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Great gym, thanks guys!

Great environment, VERY helpful employees. Delila was very helpful in enrolling my family into the gym. She helped me understand how to use the machines and gave me an overall workout plan to stick to.The only thing I would change is having the weight lifting section bolted down so people can actually get in between benches to use them correctly.

EDIT: still have not received a response from an email sent to customer care. The same one that was left in comments pm other reviews. Email sent on May 13Th.There were four adults in the kids club with HARDLY any kids, and no one saw my two year old get hit in the head so hard she cries now when I ask if she wants to go to the kids club. I was repeatedly told by I believe Jennifer (manager) that she was told my daughter was not hit, she told me her sales manager (who was holding my daughter when I came in to check up on her) himself told her he saw what was going on and no one hit her. My daughter continues to tell me that she doesn't want to go back because someone "hit her head hard like this". When I came in to cancel my membership, I was told by that same sales manager that he came in and she was already crying! So, while the other manager was so SURE that most likely nothing happened because her employees would've spoke up, someone's story isn't adding up, which makes me uneasy. However, the sales manager told me that there are people at corporate office who monitor the cameras actively, and will report anything dangerous, or anything at all that can basically be of concern. Let's see if this is true, because that's the only thing making me feel better about this. I have to add that this sales manager as well as the people at the front desk and all the other sales people, and trainers, are very professional and helpful.

Execellent facility, super clean, and so many machines to choose from! Staff is super friendly but can be spread thin at times. Locker rooms have a sauna, and they even have a pool! Can be a bit pricey but I say its worth it. They have free classes and even a kid spot. Love the fact that they have a store too.

Hello, we are a military family. My husband and I have been members of Golds gym for Years! Each time we PCS we look for a Golds Gym to join. The child care and being able to workout and do the classes have been Great up until we joined the Golds in Cove. Now, I love the Body Combat classes! The instructors do a Great job of teaching the class! I brought my 2 boys with me for the first time this morning. With the amount my husband and I pay each month for our membership, I really Dislike and I'm really Disappointed that they would charge the kids to use the child care!! I was late for my class and it's now Inconvenient when it use to be so Easy and Convenient!!! I think that really Sucks! 👎🏽Child care👎🏽

I wasn't very impressed with the staff. New to the place nobody willing to help show me how the machines work . Didn't like that everything has an extra cost. Membership is expensive and then when you add on extra things for the classes, it just adds the cost even more. Wish it would have been different I need a good gym For my health. I don't want to drive all the way to Killeen to go to Planet. They have a good cost plan

Poor customer service! Arrived at the gym at 0815 to use my free pass and sign up for a membership only to be told by the man at the desk that I can't do that until 0900. I asked if I could start my workout and when the sales people arrive I will do the necessary paperwork. His response was "no", it has to be "approved", however I could pay $15 to workout for the 45min until 0900. No thanks!!!! You just lost a customer!*** I have changed my initial rating to now reflect "5 stars". The GM (Justin) reached out to me and the initial issue has been resolved. justin has bent over bCkwards to ensure that I am happy and satisfied with the gym. I have since enrolled and could not be happier! The gym is clean, as are the machines, the staff is friendly.... and those classes, WOW!!!!!! Thanks for truly caring about your customers!!!
