The machines work and the staff are friendly. There's lots of ways to get a workout in at this place but my favorite are the free weights and squat racks.

Do not get a membership unless u want to be robbed...went in started a membership canceled within first 2 days team member I spoke with never completed my cancelation...so then was forced to go in and cancel again...just to find out that I will still be charged a ridiculous $76 for never using this gym more than one time...the part im mainly disappointed about is i canceled within time and now I'm being penalized for their worker improperly following protocol

Gym isnt complete and do not have the amenities they pitch on signup. Pool nor sauna is ready and this location will not have a basketball court. Its also consistently packed even at midnight so consider this when signing up.Update: they have now removed movies after midnight. Which is odd considering vegas is literally a rotating shift town and plenty of us come in after midnight to work out. Dropping another star for that one...Update 2: movies are back and the pool is finally open so will update to 3 stars.Update 3: pool is closed periodically for maintenance. Gym itself is on smaller side so its gotten to the point where you will wait on machines majority of the day. Its also having roof leak issues from all the raining thats happened.Update 4: summertime so gym is full 24/7. They Turn off movies at midnight even though there is a full room of people working out in there. Dropping to two stars.

Staff is always friendly when they're in the front but the desk is vacant quite often and the upstairs is always out of paper towels .

My rating is not for the gym nor the trainer but for management. You can't cancel your membership until you cancel your training first, and that can only be done by the manager. Only the manager has 'the password' but the manager is never available—always in an hour or hour and a half meeting; don't me believe, ask. Nor will the manager return your calls, even if they say he just walked in, which means that the 30-day notice you must give them hasn't even begun. If you try to cancel at another location, they'll herd you back to the one that doesn't acknowledge you. After another billing cycle goes by, you're told to come in but when you arrive, you'll be asked to wait another 'hour to an hour and a half.' You might have to take a day off work. See in me what your future holds. Send a letter via certified mail with your membership number a month in advance. Don't try to call member services, that's just a recording that spins you into a labyrinth of wasted time. And good luck!

I get my workouts done with all my dancing "Mixxed Fits Friends" plus their employees are very well respect and polite to their customers. Thank you!

I want to give a shout out to Mo at the front desk. Mo really saved the day by lending my daughter a pair of socks so she could go to childcare. My daughter was devastated when we forgot socks and I was going to miss my body pump class if I went home for socks. It’s so nice to have friendly people willing to help a mom get her workout on!
