So I came here to get more info on memberships as I am joing a gym. Live near 2 different ones. I walk in and I know its busy but I come in and simply ask what the process of memberships/pricing. Here comes Jon to ask stupidly if I have ever been here before and when I said NO, he pointed to a tablet and said sign in.I know theres a process, talking to a rep. If no brochures or info provided, I get it, but what about making an appointment? Emailing? Business cards? What times are the sales people here til? Nope, points at a tablet. I sat and waited and didnt know how long the wait was. Tried going online to see about appointments but then I saw another rep at the counter and I decided to ask her honestly. I said “I know its not your job but can you fill me in on memberships? What time do the sales people leave? How long does it take to sign up” as I was asking her “when is it not so busy….” (Didnt get to finish saying “when is it not so busy for the sales reps”) here comes rude Jon jumping in and being rude while Hannah still speaking. Just to say “gyms are always busy”. Nobody asked you Jon and aside from not being good at the little responsibility he has, dont be rude to a new customer and please dont be rude to your fellow co worker if you notice her doing her job better job. It couldve taken him 30 secs to provide me with info instead of pointing at a tablet.I got her name and managed to tell her thank you for helping me out. As I left I said “thanks for nothing Jon” as he responded “why did I say that for” as I was leaving…Next time say nothing. Thanks to Hannah, I will def be signing up as I told her how much I appreciated her help and time is money. She provides great service and super friendly. Send Jon to the back or have him cleaning dirty doors. If you cant help, keep your mouth closed.Nothing irratates me more than seeing 2 employees, one doing there job and the other lazy and rude.Once again, thank you for your time Hannah.

Thanks Yatzi!! Came to check out the location and ultimately joined. Was looking at another club to join earlier that day. Staff wasn't so nice or helpful so I left. I was helped by Yatzi at this gym who was awesome. Super friendly and welcoming. After I got a tour she walked my through the process of joining which was super fast and informative. She was great. Super glad i didn't join at the other place. Friendly, professional staff is a must.

Started here because they have a pool and a steam room.Steam room is good for my asthma, but the pool helps me walk as I have military related injuries and walking laps is extremely beneficial to me.However the pool is to cold, sure once you're in and spend a few minutes it's fine, but getting in is the problem. If you look it up a pool should be kept at 77-82 degrees and there is absolutely no way in hell that pool is even mid 70's.So thanks eos for helping but delaying my fitness journey

I have been at this location twice. Once for Anthony’s water fit class. And the other day for gentle yoga. Group fit is awesome. I overheard this elder saying she comes to rainbow EOS 5 days a day for group fit. That’s a great compliment to this gym. I can’t wait until they open kids club in January! Woot.

I joined because of all the selections to get physical fitness, with an added bonus of eye candy. This place is an excellent place of licensed business that I recommend to those who are truly serious about their physical health and appearance, just as important. Please come showered and respect the equipment and others utilizing the E.O.S GYM for it's very purpose, physical health.

I cancelled my personal training and membership back in August due to loss of employment. I am still getting charged for my membership and am now receiving calls from their collection agency. Looks like only my training sessions were cancelled even after MULTIPLE affirmations from each member of staff I interacted with that BOTH training AND membership were cancelled. Thanks for the additional financial strain on an already stressed budget 🙄my trainer was awesome but about EOS everything other than him is frustrating and disappointing.

I was told 1st month was free (I paid that day $26.99 to save on charges on the 18th) and then I would be charged on the 18th of the next month my annual fee of $50 that would be the only charge however that was not the case they ended up Charging me the 50 plus the $26.99 again. Manager Darien was very unhelpful and didn't even speak with the lady Xtra that I spoke with in the Beginning to verify what was said. I asked to speak with corporate and told there is none I asked to speak with the person above him and was told I would get a phone call..... still waiting. I asked over and over and over about any hidden fees or any charges that was not being stated upfront and I was told there was none

So I'm writing this review of just first impressions because we just signed up today and didn't really get to use the facilities yet. I will up date more after we really get to use the place. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because we had an appointment at 3pm for a tour of facilities and explanation of memberships ect..... but we were not seen until after 3:30pm, I almost left. I'm glad I didn't though, the place looks really nice with alot of equipment for people with all different experience levels. They have a room for after you workout if you need message chairs for your body or compression for your legs/ arms and a quiet room that plays movies while you cycle or walk. Also very nice locker rooms with individual nice sized showers. Again I haven't used anything yet and will up date soon with all that info!

I love this brand-new gym! The staff are super friendly and available to answer any questions I had. The equipment is state of the art, brand new, and they keep their facility very clean. Excellent selection of classes, and I love the original concept they have of the EOS Cinema (you can watch a movie AND do your cardio workout! Looks like a movie theater 😊). They offer multiple membership options and prices to best suit your needs. Has a pool, sauna, steam room and spa which they informed me would be open in a few weeks (Spring 2022). Great gym, good location!
