I want to give a shout out to Mo at the front desk. Mo really saved the day by lending my daughter a pair of socks so she could go to childcare. My daughter was devastated when we forgot socks and I was going to miss my body pump class if I went home for socks. It’s so nice to have friendly people willing to help a mom get her workout on!

Unfortunately is a front desk agent. For privacy, I did not get his name here, but I can give discretion to Latino muscle with long hair. This is the second time I have had a disrespectful situation in front of another gym member, and this time I ask to go to the GM (Vince). He ignores my request to ask another advisor. I asked again to go and talk away from the front desk, and the other guy asked them if I spoke English, and all this time, I have been speaking English, which is the most disrespectful situation I have to encourage in this gym in 2y the ok is the second time. Can staff disrespect Members of this company? Oh, EOS HAVE any member quality control????? Because is uncomfortable to come to my home gym and see the same unprofessional staff welcome and disrespectful members

Everyone is friendly. The place is clean. Plenty of parking space. And plenty of machines. I would go here everyday if it was closer to my house.

I’m at my wits end. I have been overcharged for personal training 4 times. I have talked to the Fitness Manager, Sadar, a few times all the way back to the end of July. I have talked to the assistant fitness manager as recently as three weeks ago. I talked to the operations manager last week to which he said he would talk to the assistant fitness manager. The only thing I got from him was a closed door in my face when I tried to talk to him after my workout. I’ve emailed the district manager, looking at you Skylar, right after that and no reply. My advice, don’t agree to personal training because they will outright steal from you.Update: They refunded my money in October. I had already joined LVAC with no regrets.

It's a good gym when everything is working, but the pool, sauna, and hot tub are closed every other week because something broke. It's the only reason I pay for a membership. I will probably look for a different gym.

Ive only been to this location 3 or 4 times and from my experience it has always been Extremely crowded compared to other EOS gyms in the city, glad this isn't my home gym. It's mainly high school aged people that I've seen be the majority.

The staff here is not competent. Light skin male on 4/1 at the check in lobby was asked by me if some keys had been turned in, his immediate answer was no. Then I went back upstairs and looked for my keys for approximately 15 more minutes. I decided to come back downstairs and ask him to please look in the lost and found area, and guess what, my keys were there. Sad when I have to tell an employee how to do his job.The massage chairs in the recovery room have been broken for at least a month now as well.

Went to this location the other night and there were two crackheads near the pool area. One was charging her phone and napping on the floor and her male friend was just hanging around waiting for her to wake up probably. The two gentlemen at the front desk didn't seem to care either. What do they get paid for? Yikes.

Oooohhh My I love this location. 2 stories and nice open space which helps during the time I attended which is around 5:30-7p. I attended a class with Barbara she was awesome. I prefer this location over Craig and the Losee locations due to their amenities and space. Craig is small and Losee doesn't have the massage chairs and or day lockers.
