This gym is very clean and spacious, I love the movie room they always play good movies and it helps me stay on the stair stepper or treadmill 😁. The staff is friendly & the gym members are all nice, I’m a beginner and I never get weird looks if I’m not using proper form. I feel comfortable at EŌS …

What sets this gym apart from the competition is the staff. Always friendly, professional & knowledgeable. The positive energy makes this a "fun" place to visit. The entire staff is awesome and I owe special recognition to Drake and H Bomb at the front desk for always putting a smile on my face.

The staff listens to any concern it’s brand new let’s go 🗣1-31-2023 update the gym is getting dust bunnies hanging from the roof so many people at the gym especially around 3pm the bathroom could use some paper towels and the toilets could use some cleaning on a positive note Kimberly who works night shift is the best at giving the gym a vibe she put music on blast good music too for once I didn’t need headphones because music had me acting up! Wish the gym always had the music turnt all the way up. Love her!

Their premium services are NEVER working. I upgraded my plan to be able to use services such as the sauna and massage chairs and it is laughable how long I’ve been paying extra money just to read an “out of order” sign for months on end. I asked about downgrading my plan so I could stop paying for something that isn’t in service, and apparently there is a fee to downgrade my membership plan… so I either eat the cost of extra membership money or the fee to get out of it. This is quite an unpleasant tactic clearly to protect their own bottom line. It’s unfortunate, the gym equipment is fine, just pretty obvious they’ve built in other costs to push on to the consumer to make up for the cheap monthly payment (an annual membership fee? Really?).

I would like to paint a picture for you. On November 10, 2022, I came into this club with the intention of having a basic membership. My goals were to just be more fit. As a single mom, it’s hard to find the time to come to the gym and since this one had a kids club, I was very excited. I told the representatives my budget, what my circumstances were, and they were more than helpful. So, I thought. The fitness manager told me that with my maximum budget, I could afford to get a personal trainer. I said no because of time constraints. They really tried to sell it—I could only have a session twice a month and still afford it! I took the plunge, with trust. What they did not tell me was that Kids Club is an extra ~$20 which I found out from another club that had a functioning kids club. There went my budget if I wanted to actually use the gym, considering I have nobody to watch my child. Two weeks ago, I found out I was getting laid off from work. This is when I really started cracking down on my budget. To say I’m disappointed in this gym is an understatement. This isn’t a customer service issue. It’s an ethics issue. First, the club does not have a functioning kids club which is WHY I chose to come to EOS. Secondly, I was not told that kids club was extra, so they misinformed me AKA lied about “staying in budget” by getting a personal trainer. Also, after reading my addendum, there was a BREACH of contract. I was given the personal trainer’s personal cell phone number by the fitness manager, which was used for communication, which I can prove.I tried to talk to the manager at this location twice in the past week (January 19, 2023, and January 24, 2023). I have been ignored. I sat in the gym for 30 minutes, waiting, when I could’ve been looking for a new job. I was told I would be called before that. That never happened.I hope this club can learn from this ethical dilemma. What they have done is put a VETERAN, SINGLE MOM on the brink of living paycheck to paycheck for their lack of integrity.

Joined about 3 weeks ago, and super underwhelmed so far. Sauna has been closed half the time (probably more, but trying to be nice), massage chairs/recovery room about the same, hot tub closed randomly...I am starting to think I need to call every day before I come in to see if anything at all works before I get ready and drive there just to be disappointed. We joined from another gym that didn't have these amenities...and anytime I ask when these may be working, nobody knows, it will be when it is. I was able to forgive the fact that this gym is not very clean at all, today was the very first time I ever saw anyone with a mop and cleaning supplies, it truly looks like someone may clean once a week. When half the things you joined for don't work, that cleanliness seems to become much more of an issue, and much more annoying and alarming. I hope it gets better, the only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 star is because some of the people that work there are pretty nice, so they have that going for them.Edit.....they get one star now. All amenities have been broken, not working, closed for most of the last 30 days I have been a member. I called the manager, his response (I can't make this up), is to go to another gym. So, If I drive further, waste more time, I am bound to find something that works. Yes, that is truly the fix he recommended.

Great gym overall and amazingly helpful/positive staff who will make your night anytime you come in! Unfortunately sauna has been down for a couple weeks but with the holidays it's been hard to get someone to fix it, plus they are renovating the entire pool room so I can see why it may irritate people but they gotta understand improvements take time! Compared to the EOS on Sahara/Cimarron, this one on Alta is pure heaven. Would highly recommend anyone that goes to start coming here if they haven't yet. All machines and weights are extremely new and aren't constantly falling apart like other EOS gyms. Staff should definitely get a raise if not at least a bonus!!! You guys rock! Only downside is the men's room can be a little dirty but there is high school kids who come in the evening and just need to learn how to respect others places, definitely not the gyms fault!

This gym is jam packed in the evenings and honestly filthy. The pool/spa area is frequently out of commission. A great motivator to work out more at home and save on a mostly disappointing membership fee.
