This was a big wait for me and my wife, and it didn't disappoint. We went to the grand opening and everything is really modern and upgraded compared to the EoS we go to. This will be our home gym for sure from now on.6 new squat racks is my favorite part of it.The downstairs area where the pool and the classes will be its still not done, but I'm looking forward to see what it will look like when it's 100%.

Got handed a review card from Caitlin at the front desk. Brand new gym, great equipment, staff is friendly and does their best to have a good, safe, clean community at this EOS. Of course, this is a commercial gym, it is always packed, and a lot of members leave weights and trash everywhere. Not at all the gyms fault, just a lot of selfish people. You’ll find that at any gym. Def worth checking out.

I came into EOS last week. Excited about my new workout plans. That was immediately disrupted by the lazy afternoon sales staff member K.C & assistant manager Mel . I walked in was greeted by an amazing front desk person Mo, I stated I’d like a tour she went over to the sales staff who all were sitting there doing absolutely nothing except talking amongst one another. K.c replied to Mo “ a tour? , She can just walk around herself” basically his tone was giving that he didn’t want to waste his time if I wasn’t joining. He didn’t realize that I heard him until I looked over there and said, “why would I do that”? Mo walked back to the front desk and apologized for me hearing that as she could tell I was offended by it. K.c then realizes that I heard him and says “ we were just playing with you” . How is he playing with me ? I never met that man in my life and now he’s joking because he realizes that I heard his comment. Then quickly Mel walks up behind Mo at the front desk and asked me “what’s your first name” I replied , “excuse me” , she then introduces herself as the assistant manager. Then She proceeds to ask me if I have an appointment. I replied, “no I’m here to check out the gym, why would I need an appointment “ . Mel then looks at Mo and says “well I GUESS I’ll clock back in to do it” . Now I’m offended again because what she mean “i guess”. Mo looks at her and says no it’s ok I will take her and show her y’all don’t even worry about it. By that time I only wanted to interact with Mo and she displayed excellent customer service as we both sat there confused on why no one else felt like doing their actual job. I have common sense to know it isn’t Mo’s responsibility to do tours for the gym as she likely doesn’t get commission from it, your sales people do because it’s their job. Anyway I didn’t join that night because I wasn’t about to sit down with that staff and be uncomfortable And irritated and honestly Mo is the only one who saved the experience from being a complete flop she took me on a tour and apologized again for what happened. The staff needs some retraining on their job description and take more pride in the position they applied to do at the gym. I’m contemplating my desire to join the gym at this point paying my money where the staff doesn’t appreciate every potential member that comes through the door. Mo at the front desk gets five stars from me for her customer service and willingness to save the guest experience. But your sales staff member KC and assistant manager Mel get zero stars because of the lazy, rude unwelcoming attitudes for no reason I experienced directly from them.

I’m still new to eos fitness the smell of the gym is great not musty and the staff is really encouraging from the moment you walk in. Mayra and Sean were really informative and they made the process of updating my personal information easy going.I saw a sign saying kids' Club Hours: Coming soon! Check back for updates.Meaning I can invite my friends with kids. The selection of movies and shows while jogging is really relaxing and keeps me focused.5 out of 5 for me come and train in one the greatest gyms in Las Vegas. :D

I agree with Cort (another reviewer) and I was super underwhelmed with Skyler’s response. It was super scripted. One of the reasons I joined was for the pool, sauna and steam room, as well. I’ve heard every excuse since it opened, i.e they’re waiting on a part, they hired shotty contractors and the latest is that it’s passed one inspection and waiting on another…been about 2 weeks. I have been using another gym’s amenities, but I do have to drive out my way. Transparency would be appreciated and a timeframe for when we can expect what was sold, would be nice. The other issue I have is that you NEVER see anyone maintaining the facility. I get gym etiquette, but you can’t trust that everyone is doing their part. One morning this week almost all of the paper towel dispensers upstairs were empty. After reading all the reviews, I feel like concerns are falling on deaf ears.

Out of all the EŌS gyms this one is the most GHETTO. Equipment is broken all the time, it’s half built in some areas, the pool area still isn’t open after six months, and they’re always out of towels.

This gym opened in January. Certain amenities that were promised at the time I purchased a membership still have not been completed and are unavailable for use, specifically the sauna and steam room. After waiting nearly 4 months, they definitely owe members like myself a discounted rate, free month, or other compensation for this failure to provide the agreed upon services. No doubt they know this, and are also aware that offering it to one of us would mean giving it to all.Asking the unprofessional and untrained club reps to consider this concept proved pointless – they apparently don’t understand that established members deserve to be heard and they dismiss you unceremoniously. Basically “go use another location across town” is what I was told, and of course I could freeze my account until such time as they finish the sauna, which will likely be just as we enter the hottest time of year here. To make things even harder, the phone number I was given for “corporate” turns out to be only a dues collection service named ABC Fitness Solutions, with no answers to client concerns. If I paid to occupy an apartment, signing an agreement prior to construction of the complex, and they failed to add a usable balcony as depicted in the brochure, I would have grounds to complain and receive a rent reduction or upgraded parking, etc. Being told to move or incur some other inconvenience when the situation is none of my doing, would be absurd. Is this another example of a big company blatantly refusing to address the concerns of paying customers? Should we only expect to receive proper, respectful treatment during the initial sales pitch? Is nobody else bothered by this false advertising and breech of contract? It’s a nice gym, but the absentee management staff is clearly remiss in their duties to the paying public at the moment. I am honoring my part of the deal but Eos is not, and it is disappointing to say the least.

i had an amazing experience here. the place is clean and especially at night it’s very calm. i LOVE cruz. i had my girlfriend break up with me mid workout, and cruz said “i have 10 mins on this shift, we’re working out together.” he makes sure to touch the muscle that i’m working when i’m doing the workout. that’s why i love doing squats. Cruz deserves nothing more but the world. i love this eos and ALL THE WORKERS. when i get insanely huge everyone gonna remember me and i dedicate it all to this SPECIFIC EŌS.

I would say this is a solid gym. There's a variety and the equipment is clean and new. I would say this is one of the biggest EOS's in the city. My only complaint would be on how the space is consolidated. Although this is one of the biggest EOS's everybody is cramped on the second floor... And believe me, it's very crowded. It's just ironic because they have the space to comfortably occupy everyone but still have 90% of their customer base crammed on the top.
