I've been going to the Las Vegas Athletic Club for a very long time. About 25 years. The quality and the cleanliness of the club on Rainbow has gone downhill dramatically. The locker room is constantly filthy as well as the restroom area. Today in the upstairs bathroom there's three stalls in the toilet area. The handicap stall had dried feces running down the side of the toilet, the middle stall had no toilet paper and finally the stall next to the urinals was actually usable. In the restroom area the paper towel dispensers are constantly empty as well as many of the soap dispensers . There are four sinks and the other day I had to try three soap dispensers to actually get some soap to clean my hands after using the restroom. They don't give plastic bags anymore for your wet clothes with no explanation as to why. A bizarre thing about the shower area is that there's always shower heads broken off of the stem coming out of the wall and the shower heads are laying on the floor constantly I don't understand it. You try to talk to the manager and complain about something and he stands there and rolls his eyes while you're talking to him. Acting as though he could care less about your concerns. The place is turning into a joke.I'm seriously considering going to a different gym because I'm tired of this place being filthy. And if you try to voice your concerns it just falls on deaf ears.

Got a day pass, but it wasn’t worth it at all. The whole gym is like a sauna, it’s so insanely hot inside. Got 15 min into my workout and got too overheated to continue. Might have broken AC?

Liars and thieves. After having paid off a 3 yr contract, I decided to not renew but instead go month to month. I told the sales rep (thief) that I was ONLY interested in month to month, and that fact was repeated back to me by the sales …

My issue is the playroom, they should not allow small children on the indoor play slide. My kid fell from second floor all the way down, because the other bigger kid pushed her. I know kids are kids, they play a lot but this will be prevented if caretakers follow the age restrictions to the play areas.

😐 Lvac is a total scam, they make people sign 2 or 3 year contracts and charge late fees every day equaling more than the monthly membership price doubled or tripled.... they hang up on me whenever I ask their customer service team why I keep getting charged and the app and website have no options to do anything besides make payments, you can't even see payment history or balances owed. I have no idea how this company has multiple locations in Vegas. SCAM

So ridiculous that they charge for membership more than EOS, yet they only let you bring a guest a few times a month and the guest always has to have an ID on them. EOS lets you bring a guest for an unlimited number of times and they don't need an ID, they just create a profile once and that's it.Not only that, but the fact that you have to sign a contract for 2 years without the possibility of getting out of it is ridiculous. It's clear all they care about is your money.Employees don't wear masks nor do they enforce them on members.I definitely do not recommend this gym to anyone.

I just joined today. I am very excited. However I have an issue with how this location does business. I checked my account after returning home from signing up. I was told I would be charged only $5 for the first month. My account showed a decline charge of $65. Then 2 minutes later an approved charge of $5. Both done by LVAC. I told them I didn't want to sign up today because I just started my job. I wanted to wait. She assured me the first month was ONLY $5. Even in my contract that I signed there is no mention of a small print reason for the charge. I am very disappointed. But one negative experience won't sway me.

So LVAC is officially scamming their members/past members! I cancelled my membership over a year ago, and just now received a charge for my membership, again, over a year later. Called customer service asking for assistance and a refund for the mistake. Was told they never cancelled my account like I was told over a year prior. When asked if I can receive a refund for what I was just charged I was refused and told there’s nothing they can do. This is by far the worst most appalling customer service I’ve received. And slowly finding out I’m not the only one experiencing this. The news is definitely aware of this as well.
