This is the one I incessant most as its in my space. All the gear you'll at any point need to shape the body you need. I was sold when I saw the pneumatic air machines which prove to be useful for strength preparing. They've added a powerlifting region which is wonderful. Love the pools, jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas also. This is a fresher area so the bathroom and shower regions are first class. Continuously a pleasant size swarm however I never need to look out for any one machine. Staff is amicable and the food is acceptable; exceptionally advantageous and sound decision for the space.

I have been wanting to work on myself. So I thought I would go get a tour of this gym. The guy that helped me was "Dave." He asked for my ID to register me as a guest. He didn't hand back my ID. I felt as if it was being held hostage. I went on the tour. Everything seemed great. Just what I was looking for in a gym. Halfway through the tour he took a call on his cell. Then a lady approached she said "someone had stolen her purse." He told her to "run down the stairs to tell the front desk." At this point I felt a lack of urgency to recover her purse. I mean where is his radio? Anyways, at the end of the tour I was taking into a small office. He asked information about me, but wrote it down wrong on the form. For example, how many years did I live in Las Vegas. He didn't correct it. When I told him I had to think about it, and asked for my ID the vibe changed. He threw my paperwork in the trash. I said, "aren't you going to give me information to take?" He said, "no, we do not do that! You can take a picture." Then he pulled out my paperwork from the trash so I could take a picture. This is when you know they work off of commission. Customer service goes down the drain. Even though this place looked nice, besides the lady getting her purse stolen. Customer service is one thing I put at the top of my list. So I would not recommend this place.

This is a very good gym. I love the women's area and the pool, spa, sauna and steam room area are also very good. Better than other clubs I've been to in LV. There is a lot of space to work out keeping social distance and I like that. The rush hours are from 7 to 11 am approximately and from 4:30 to 7 pm approximately. I would avoid those times if you don't want to be around a lot of people. My only issue is cleanness. Even in covid times when they have intensified the cleaning protocols, I can see areas covered in dust like they have not been touched in months. Like the card holder next to the paper towel dispenser in the women's, all covered in dust. The showers did not used to be very clean but I haven't visited them in some months so I don't have a current status on those. Overall and compared to other clubs in the valley I would say this is one of the best.

I walked into a vaulted hall. I was greeted by 2 associates. When they heard I was a new member they refered me to who I can only think was the supervisor. He informed me that I could not bring a friend, except for a few times here and there. I told him that EOS had a better deal and he got defensive and started talking about cars. He informed me that if I had a car and my friend had a car then we could both partake of the fitness centers benefits. I told him that I walked here. Heading to EoS. One extra star above one for the vaulted ceiling. Oh and the supervisor wore his mask below his nose.

I have a great trainer there but it’s a solid place to work out even if you don’t use a trainer. I recommend it because you can go farther though. I love the pool and the Jacuzzi in the women’s locker room has its own hot and dry sauna. Always very clean and more than enough machines even at peak hours.

The customer service in member service department needs to be retrained this includes the manager Patty White. I am still awaiting a $200 refund from 10/17 after being told originally from the first representative I would receive in 7 …

Cheap open twenty four seven what more could you want from a gym? What may be my biggest complaint is the pool isn't the biggest but most times it is empty so it's not that big of a deal. They offer a lot of treadmills so there is always room and no excuse. The weight section is very good and there is a nice juice bar next to the entrance. I highly recommend as the membership is around 23 a month and is highly worth it.

I love coming here to work out. The facility is always clean and I don't have any issues encountering creepy people. They have a Women Only area to work out, but I prefer to be out in the main areas. The classes they offer are great and never seem to be overfilled (unless you do the dance classes, those are always packed). My only complaint is that when a machine needs repair, it seems to be out for a long time. Maybe that's normal, but it's a bummer nonetheless. I would recommend this gym to my friends and family without issue.

Great gym. Been going here for over 3 years. A bit pricey when you sign your initial contract, they nickle and dime the hell out of you. But after your 28 months is up, they'll renew your contract for way cheaper. They told me that if you pay all up front, they lower the price. So I pay $144 a year, which is better than the place next toy house that charges 200/yr.This place is super busy, I almost always have to wait for a machine or bench, but it goes by fast. They need more vertical Smith machines and less angled one's. Another bench press couldn't hurt.The staff is always super nice and cool, so don't be worried about being treated weird. There was only ever one guy who tried to bully me into buying extra services after I told him no twice, so I just walked away while he was talking and that was that.

This is a newer location so the restroom and shower areas are top notch. Always a nice size crowd but I never have to wait on any one machine. Staff is friendly and the food is good; very convenient and healthy choice for the area.
